We had a surprising good meal at this hotel restaurant! The chef knows what he's doing, for sure. The chicken chasseur in particular was outstanding. Steak was cooked medium rare as ordered. The staff were also terrific, & the pricing was reasonable. We'd stay at this hotel or nearby next time we're transiting Montreal just to come back to Le Semaphore.

This is one of my favourite restaurants. I always stay at the same hotel when coming to work to Montreal & they never disappoint. Best chicken I've ever had. Other items on the menu are wonderful as well. The plates presentation are a work of art!! Delish!

We had read about the restaurant turnover at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport so were unsure what to expect for the last meal of our vacation. Our expectations were low & we were blown away by the quality! Excellent chicken with rice & salad with wine. As usual, we shared the meal to keep costs down, but found it was plenty of food for two.
