Nice airport bar & restaurant. I love the location close to the airport. I also appreciate the staff that is always helpful & professional. I appreciate that the staff all speak a bit of English. The food is more expensive as it's close to the airport, but that's expected. I also really appreciate the cocktail menu & the effort the bartenders take to perfect each cocktail. If you considering a hotel near the airport this is the only place for me.

I've been here a couple times now, the staff are friendly enough, & the atmosphere makes the restaurant feel very upscale. What really makes me want to write a review of this place is the lack of quality of the food for the price that you pay. The chicken teriyaki was dry & the portion size felt lackluster. I also tried the poutine which I would have hoped would be good considering the restaurant is in Montréal, but it really wasn't anything special. I also had the burger & fries. The burger patty was soggy & not very flavorful, you could tell it was a low quality pre-frozen patty purchased from a food supplier, rather than prepared in the restaurant. Given the convenience of the restaurant being in the hotel & the fact that there aren't many other restaurants in this area around the airport, I will continue to come here & try different things on the menu in the hopes of finding better foods that they may have to offer.

Edit: I have now tried the steak & fries. The fries are fine, the steak was okay, a bit under seasoned for my liking. I asked for a rare steak & it came out as medium, so some improvement could be made there.

Very beautiful atmosphere especially during the dinner time, lovely servers & bartenders who suggest meals if you don't know what to get, top notch service even having their home made syrup. Great place to have dinner!! Totally recommend!! (Try the beetroot appetizer meal.)

Just came for a little dinner, but I was blown away by the food, service & chill atmosphere. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Great bartender too with delicious drinks. Would highly recommend to guest stayers in the Hilton or just anyone passing through Dorval!

Het eten is erg lekker. De porties zijn wat aan de kleine kant. Zeker gezien de prijs.

Bediening is vriendelijk en vlot.

Mooie ruimte om lekker te kunnen eten. Echter is een MMA gevecht op TV schermen waarin het bloed op het scherm zit niet het beste om te tonen wanneer je met jonge kinderen zit te eten....

1) the servers had not communicated with each other so they didn't know we had a reservation.
2) the servers hovered. Any time you put your fork down, they rushed over to clear the plates.
3) I spent 43$ on a steak that was grissled & hard to chew. A tough cut of meat.
4) when asked about the appetizers, I was told it was a small salad & then it came to be dinner plate size, so I ended up with two meals because of the sheer size of the meals.
