Extremely disappointed with the service tonight. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

The drinks weren't the best, although the ambiance was great. However, the service completely ruined the experience.

The server on duty tonight (the lady wearing a black dress) was rude for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, when it was time to pay, she insisted that we had to leave at least a 10% tip instead of allowing us to choose the amount we wanted. Is that even legal? Tipping should always be voluntary, not something customers are pressured into.

Please educate your staff-especially the server who was working tonight-on treating customers with respect & understanding that tips are earned through good service, not demanded.

Je me suis fait crier dessus de façon très agressive par la serveuse alors que j'essayais simplement de lui expliquer que j'étais dans la file avant une autre personne, après une attente d'une trentaine de minutes.

Je comprends que, lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde, il peut être difficile de savoir par qui commencer. En revanche, je ne pense pas que les clients méritent d'être traités avec un tel manque de respect ni de subir une communication aussi médiocre.

Conclusion : ambiance cool - service médiocre

I was yelled at very aggressively by the waitress while I was simply trying to explain that I had been in line before another customer, after waiting for about 30 minutes (which is fine for me).
I understand that when it's very busy, it can be difficult to keep track of who was next. However, I don't believe customers deserve to be treated so disrespectfully or spoken to in such an unprofessional manner.

We came to watch match today & had a horrible experience! Waitress was mean,we ordered drinks & ones she brought them came time to pay. Since the service wasn't good,I didn't want to leave a tip,first of all,she didn't allow to take a machine in my hands(it's fine I guess),kept looking at the screen,& ones I tried to pay,she yanked machine away & started insisting that I must leave a tip,put an amount she felt like putting by herself & made me pay. This is unacceptable
Bouncer wouldn't let our friends in,even tho we saved chairs for them(came one hour earlier for that) & sound disappeared mid game

The best to watch any sports games...terrasse on 2 floor durant the summer is amazing but the staff make the differences love you guy ... GO-GO PORTUGAL 🇵🇹 OR KOREA BUT OUT 😭😭Lol
