So far everything feels like it is overpriced at the time out market. I wanted to try Le Red Tiger since I love pho. It was all right, not what I am used to when eating pho. Meat was a bit weird, chewy like texture, & I found the red onions to be out of place. It was just not a hearty meal, like a soup Tonkinoise is supposed to be..Overall, there's much better pho & at a fairly cheaper price out there in Montreal. The staff was friendly but the service was slow. A few mistakes here & there. It mostly office people that come to eat. Everything is premade in advance. My soup wasn't hot enough to cook the raw beef. The noodle was hard still, they just pour the broth into the bowl. For this price, not the best pho.View more
