Had such a wonderful breakfast experience! The food was absolutely delicious-fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. Every bite was a treat.
What truly made the visit special, though, was the amazing service from Andrea. She was incredibly kind & sweet, & took care of everything so promptly. Her warm attitude & attention to detail made us feel really welcome.
Definitely a place worth coming back to!
I had breakfast here early this morning, before heading to the airport, the food was great, & the young lady who served us was attentive & very friendly. Not to mention the exceptional food & great portion of fruit prior to our flight. I highly recommend.
This is an excellent place for breakfast; the food was great, especially the breakfast potatoes & fresh fruit. However, our waitress, Megan, was a piece of work. I think she forgot to submit our order because it took over 45 minutes to receive our food.
The table next to us arrived after us, ordered, ate, & left before we even received our breakfast. When I asked her if she knew where our food was, she looked at me condescendingly & said,'It's probably being made.' When I mentioned that the table next to us had already finished, she rudely replied,'Well, nobody in my section has'.
As I said, great food but the owner needs to fine tune some of his staff as there are other reviews flagging rude servers.
No complains for food or ambiance; the service tho was weird & it cost them 4 stars! My friend & I took our daughters out for breakfast & the girls ordered their dishes but my friend & I only ordered coffee. The waiter asked us if we wanted to share the meals with the girls & we said maybe cuz they definitely won't finish their plates. Here the waitress informed us that there's a $5 fee for sharing! so we decided that we didn't wanna share & the waitress got REALLY agitated & kept repeating, with a condescending attitude, that if she sees any sort of sharing, she'll have to charge us. This whole thing ruined our mood for the one hour we were there! Anyway, when she brought us the bill, she mixed up our orders but I didn't notice & paid; my friend noticed but the waitress said she couldn't fix it cuz I already paid! No apology, no courtesy. We even talked to the manager about it & he simply said sorry, she shouldn't have talked that way.
What I think is that, they don't need new customers, they have a relatively small place & a bunch of regulars (elderly groups) & they don't care if you go back so they're not trying to impress anyone. But they definitely made sure to ruin our experience today!
Not just a breakfast restaurant! An amazing 5 stars experience each time, lunch time included. 😍 What a gem!!! Go try it!!
Generous delicious portions, friendly efficient staff! Wow wow wow!
Fantastic breakfast spot! I really enjoyed my meal from start to finish. The breakfast potatoes were the absolute highlight...perfectly seasoned & cooked to a delicious crisp. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great morning meal!
By far the best place for breakfast !
From the second we walked in, we felt a warm welcome & cozy ambiance. Our breakfast felt & tasted like it was made with love. Our server/waiter felt more like a friend.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.
It was beyond delicious, it was an experience !
Thank you & see you soon !
Top 3 breakfast resto in all the west island. Food is always excellent, service impeccable. Its usually quite busy so a reservation for more than 2 people would be required, id imagine!
Excellent service, food was average breakfast fare & a bit expensive.
This is the best breakfast place in town. We've been coming for years & it never disappoints.
I've been here a few times & the food is always great, good portions, fair price. Was just served by Michael & he gives excellent customer service. One of the best breakfast spots in the west Island.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful staff who were working around 6:00 am on October 31st.
At that time, my father-in-law was in his final days with terminal cancer. I called to order breakfast for him & explained that I needed to take it to the hospital right away. When I arrived about 20 minutes later, everything was perfectly prepared, beautifully packed in a box so I could carry it easily, with every small detail thoughtfully included, from the coffee sugar to the jam. Nothing was missing.
You even offered us a discount out of kindness, & I truly appreciate that too. But what touched me most was not just the discount, it was your compassion, your understanding, & the way you cared for us with such sincerity. Even though we were just customers, you treated us with warmth & empathy that went far beyond your job.
When I told my father-in-law about your kindness, he smiled & said,'People who can help others not just with words, but through their actions, are amazing.' Your kindness brought a beautiful smile to his face in his final days.
I will come back to your restaurant to thank you again & to give back more than what you gave to us.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness, your compassion, & the love you showed through your actions. You will never know how much it meant to us.
Thank you very much.
I've been eating here for years & I have nothing bad to say about it. The service is always good, the environment is clean, tidy & well maintained, & the food is excellent. It's reasonably priced & one of the few places on the West Island where I can take my family for a meal without breaking the bank.
It's great if you want to go early for coffee, eggs & a newspapers or later on for a big family brunch. There's plenty of free parking outside & the high ceilings make it feel airy & spacious inside.
This is one of my favourite breakfast/brunch spots in the area, & I strongly recommend it if you're looking for a good meal at a good price, served with a smile.
Le quartier never fails to impress me for a perfect, good portion, fairly priced breakfast. I have the Canadian eggs Benedict & it was super good, there was so much hollandaise sauce & the best portion of fruits as well. The coffee is great & our waiter Chris was very pleasant. This place is a West Island gem.
Always a nice breakfast here. Good food & service. Not loud like some other breakfast places. It is easy to have a conversation here.
Great place for breakfast, although on Sunday, May 11 their payment machine calculated the tip based on the total bill including tax contrary to current Quebec law. Better pay attention folks!
Solid place for a decent breakfast. The potatoes are delish. I would recommend the spinach crêpes though there is missing more of them. The Miami dish is full of taste.
