We came in after the dinner rush & they still accommodated us for full menu options. The staff are great very welcoming, fun atmosphere, restaurant is a smaller cozy one but feels spacious make you feel comfortable & relaxed. Food was delicious & lots of menu options. Definitely get the value for your money. Will definitely be revisiting when back in Tremblant.
Not a ton of seating but such a treasure. I tried put in for the first time here. The lamb & the mussels are really good too. The waiter guy was funny & super helpful.
I would give 10 stars if I could. SO AMAZING. Awesome food great service like seriously im not a fake reviewer or a bot this is one of the best meals i ever had.
Our visit was a major let-down from start to finish. Despite booking in advance for a family birthday, we were seated at two separate tables, which immediately set the wrong tone. When we asked if this could be corrected so we could sit together, we were told it wasn't an option.
The situation worsened when we realised our table was next to a damaged window, letting in a freezing draft. We raised this with staff & were told the issue was already known, couldn't be fixed, & that we should just order quickly & put up with it. This response was dismissive & unacceptable.
Service throughout was poor. The waitress was unfriendly & unwilling to help, & even our drinks took a long time to arrive - & were wrong when they did. At that point, we decided not to order food at all.
What should have been an enjoyable family celebration ended up being uncomfortable & frustrating, & it completely spoiled the occasion.
My daughter & I were sick all night & day after as we catch food poisoning. We ate bison, salmon tartare, mussels, frog legs & fish. Already a kind of expensive place & totally lost my lift tickets for the day.
So we read the reviews ahead of going to this place & we're prepared for a long wait for dinner. When we arrived, we noted that the restaurant was not very busy. There's a lot of smoke coming off the grill. Enough to make your eyes water but it wasn't as bad upstairs. That said, all of our clothes smell as a result.
The menu is interesting & varied. The dishes that were served were pretty good but I would not say outstanding. There's an extra charge for bread which is unfortunate because it probably would have helped with long wait. Our server was kind & patient, but it did appear that she was strained by the long waits from the kitchen. A lot of the guests were complaining about how long it was taking. I understand when you have a scratch kitchen that I can take a while to prepare food but it took an hour & a half for our meals to be served & to me that's excessive.
There are plenty of options within the village. If you're looking for a quiet evening & a long leisurely dinner, this might be a good fit. I would suggest ordering the bread service at the beginning of your meal so you at least have something to munch on while waiting.
Disappointing, we were a large group celebrating a special event that was ruined by an unaccommodating & rude service. We ended up leaving early & eating at a restaurant across the way with much better service. We were eventually given a reluctant 50% off our drinks only order when asked to see the manager.
Highly disappointed with the service that we received. We booked a table in advance for a family birthday celebration. Firstly, we were split across 2 different tables which wasn't ideal. When we asked if we could move to sit all together, we were told it wasn't possible. Our table was also placed by a broken window. We all got really cold as there was an icy draft coming through. We asked about the window & we're told that they have had someone look at it but it couldn't be fixed, we would have to just deal with it & order quickly which is quite frankly unacceptable. Our waitress was rude, unhelpful, & unaccomodating. We didn't even bother to order food as our experience up until receiving our drinks order (which took long & was incorrect) was not pleasant. Our experience here really ruined the mood for our family celebration.
4th day of a week long holiday trip to Montreal & then Mont Tremblant & this was the first bad experience. & I do mean, bad experience in every aspect. They almost seemed exasperated that we had come here to dine. & it only got worse from there. Drinks came half size & they were rude & condescending about it. When they brought us our food they didn't bring all of it, nor any spoons for our French Onion soup - & said they'd be right back with both things. That never happened. We eventually had to go track down spoons for ourselves. One of us never got her main, baked Brie, & by the time we finally saw our waiter again everyone had almost finished their meals. Our waiter clearly knew they'd forgotten the Brie & then brought us a semi-warmed one that was inedible. The food we did actually get, & when we actually got utensils with which to eat it, was blah. Would not recommend this place. Very rude people, horrible & incompetent service, blah food. & this was our experience when the restaurant was half empty. Can't imagine what a disaster it is when busy.
