Je crois que la jeune dame qui prépare la nourriture qui était là le 6 Mai à 13:30 à un sérieux trouble de personnalité. Je n'était même pas cliente, je me suis assise le temps de m'isoler pour un appel téléphonique & elle me dévisage. Je me demande si j'ai le droit de m'asseoir en pensant que je devais peut être commander avant, & elle me dit crie que oui, mais que je dois d'abord l'a saluer avant. J'espère qu'elle recevra l'aide dont elle a besoin.

Leur pokebowl en on vrmt perdu c'est dommage c'était mes préférés…. De plus, fait 2x de suite qu'ils se trompent dans ma commande. J'ai pris la peine de confirmer en plus cette fois-ci…

Finalement, je remarque qu'il y en a quand même rendu à la maison. Je me fais avoir en donnant un bon tips chaque fois. Pas capable d'avoir quelqu'un qui comprends bien le français. Je trouve ça vraiment frustrant..

Je tiens à exprimer mon insatisfaction concernant mon expérience au comptoir. La personne qui m'a accueillie a été vraiment impolie & a manqué de patience tout au long de l'échange. Son attitude m'a donné l'impression que je la dérangeais, ce qui est très désagréable pour un client.

Un service à la clientèle devrait être respectueux & professionnel, ce qui n'a malheureusement pas été le cas ici. J'espère sincèrement que des améliorations seront apportées afin d'éviter que ce genre de situation ne se reproduise.
