Ordered the Chef's configuration of the Katsu. Chicken bowl. Tasty dish, great variety of veggies on the side. Good portion of chicken, well seasoned & breaded. Rice was fresh. All around good experience. Can't complain.

Je suis allé là-bas en tant que client, & il y avait un livreur DoorDash qui était venu récupérer une commande. Il a demandé très poliment s'il pouvait recevoir sa commande en premier. Au début, l'employée lui a dit : « Désolée, quelqu'un a déjà récupéré cette commande. » Plus tard, elle a déclaré : « Ah, je viens de la recevoir maintenant. » Il semblait qu'elle avait simplement oublié de vérifier son système & qu'elle essayait de cacher son erreur.
Elle a ensuite élevé la voix contre ce monsieur & lui a dit qu'il devrait attendre encore 10 à 15 minutes. La façon dont elle lui a parlé était très impolie & peu professionnelle.
Pour cette raison, je donne à cet établissement une étoile, bien que cette employée ne mérite même pas cela. Pour aggraver la situation, le personnel riait de l'incident tout en faisant perdre le temps de quelqu'un. C'est un comportement très irrespectueux & l'une des pires expériences de service à la clientèle dont j'ai été témoin.

I went there as a customer, & there was a DoorDash delivery driver who had come to pick up an order. He politely asked if he could receive his order first. At first, the employee told him,'Sorry, someone has already picked up that order.' Later, she said,'Oh, I just received it now.' It seemed like she had simply forgotten to check the system & was trying to cover up her mistake.
She then raised her voice at the gentleman & told him he would have to wait another 10-15 minutes. The way she spoke to him was extremely rude & unprofessional.
For this reason, I am giving this place 1 star, although that employee doesn't even deserve that. What made the situation even worse was that the staff appeared to be laughing about it while wasting someone's time. Very disrespectful behavior & a terrible customer service experience.

Le Poke Station is amazing! The staff were super kind & the service was really fast. On my way home my bag ripped & they didn't hesitate to replace my order, which I really appreciated. As a picky eater, I'm usually not comfortable trying new places, but the food here was so fresh & tasty. I'll definitely be back & highly recommend!

I picked up a Salmon Poke Bowl to go. It was delicious. It was made on the spot & it didn't take too long. Service was good. The place is pretty casual.

The most scrumptious & fresh poke box!!! Even though they were closing for the day they accommodated us & made us the most delicious box of salmon sushi!!!

Ordered the chef special from Uber eats. Poke was 30$ before taxes etc. Salmon & tuna wasn't in cubes, it was old & shredded like it was whatever scraps they had left. Veggies were mushy & even the Cucumber wasn't fresh. Rice was warm I think they missed half the ingredients in there, otherwise there was a teaspoon of each. Not enough sauce.. very disappointed, won't go back.

On vient juste de commander & livrer par Doordash. Il manque plusieurs choses dans le Poke. Normalement ils devraient savoir quoi mettre dedans..

I've tried many poke places & this is the best one. This location is also the best & does it like no other they're very generous with their ingredients. It is good price & worth the price. My absolutely favourite poke place ever. super delicious!! I strongly suggest the salmon poke bowl with the fusion mayo.
