We had the opportunity to visit the McGill location & had a delicious experience, so we were pleased to find out that their was a location in our neighborhood.
Let's be honest, when there's multiple locations, sometimes it's difficult to experience consistency from the food to the service, across the board.
I'm happy to report that at least between these two locations, it was not only consistent in the quality & taste of the food, but it had also exceeded expectations in Service thanks to Valeria!
With an outgoing & honest attitude, it was such a breath of fresh air to experience a spunky personality from someone in customer service!
As someone who has worked in the industry for over a decade, unfortunately, the bar can be so low nowadays. It's really easy to stand out with a smile & little bit of effort, but Valeria stands out on her own & even raises the standard!
Management, give her a raise for raising the bar! I'm sure she has her regulars who not only come for the way she serves the delicious food, but for how she serves every customer!

Valeria was amazing! She asked us a lot questions about the food intolerance & made sure we wouldn't eat anything that would trigger the sensitive guts.
But it's not a good place to dine in - it's small, dirty & no bathroom for customers 😞 good only for takeout

Je suis arrêtée au Poke Station une soirée pluvieuse, juste avant la fermeture, & c'est un vrai rayon de soleil qui m'a accueillie!! Non seulement la nourriture est délicieuse, mais l'employée est exceptionnelle! J'avais oublié mon portefeuille à la caisse, & elle m'a rapidement rattrapée pour me le remettre. Employée dont le prénom commence par un V, merci merci merci!!!
