My wife & I had the amazing experience last night of joining great friends at this restaurant. As we are new to Quebec (coming from Toronto), we were looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, & let me tell you,'THIS IS THE PLACE!!' If you're looking for great service, fantastic food & a place to call home, look no further! This is the place!! 💯

It's been a little while that I wanted to try a good vietnamese spots around Saint-Eustache area & most of them disappointed me. That's why it took me so long to try other places. Because I didn't feel like we can have something authentic around the area. & I finally went to Le Piment Vert, I can't believe that it took me so long to go there! As a vietnamese I totally approved this place. I got the Pho with all type of meats inside it. & it just made me happy. Finally I have somewhere to go not far from home! This will definitely be my go-to spot now! I can't wait to go back to try the other things on the menu.

Quelle belle surprise que ce restaurant ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un service des plus chaleureux : courtois, attentionné & toujours à l'écoute, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Côté cuisine, nous avons été bluffés. Pour un établissement de ce type, la qualité dépasse largement les attentes. Chaque plat était soigneusement préparé, avec des saveurs bien équilibrées & des ingrédients frais. Mention spéciale pour le dessert : la banane frite, absolument exquise, sans doute la meilleure que j'aie jamais goûtée.

Leurs soupe tonkinoise est pas extra. Leurs bouillon est tres simple, surment preparé avec du chicken base lol allé plutot au Phat hong thai a 5 minute de la. Eux autre ils font du vrai Ph?.
Très bon repas, chaud & succulent. Par contre, au niveau du service c'est tout autre. Dès le départ, nous nous sentons bousculer. Du début à la fin, nous nous sentions brusqué, comme si nous dérangions. Le serveur était brusque & sans façon. D'ailleurs, vendredi soir & à peine 21h00, ils avaient commencé à faire le ménage & à fermer les lumières. Très bon endroit pour takeout, mais pas pour manger.
Beau restaurant bien décoré. Nous sommes arrivés près de la fermeture pour un repas rapide & nous avons bien été accueilli. Nous avons commandé une soupe pho au poulet grillé dont le bouillon était délicieux. Ensuite les rouleaux de printemps étaient bon. Puis le sauté au cari rouge était savoureux & juste assez piquant. Le pad thai est de bonne portion. Service rapide & convivial. Prix dans la moyenne pour ce type de restaurant.
