"Food was terrific and the presentation very appetising! My only criticism is that I would have appreciated it if the waiter or hostess gave me a heads up on how rare they cook the meat. It would be nice to have a little say in that if told that they generally only sear the meat. We would have preferred our venison and duck cooked a little bit more. "
