We love this place, it's very authentic but also has options for non-chinese customers. The quality of the food sometimes decreases, maybe due to changes of cooks, but it's been good during the last months. The service is very good. Prices are fair.

Resto Le Ming Chuan est situe dans la ville de Brossard sur le Rive Sud. Il existe un grand stationnement alors pas de souci. Ce resto sert de la cuisine chinoise de Canton & Szechuan. Les enfants ont adore les plats de nouilles (malheureusement, je n'ai pas de photo car ils avaient tous tres faims lol) ainsi les frites & les crevettes pannees. Au menu, il y a plusieurs choix. Il faut faire attention lorsque vous commandez des plats epices. Comme je n'ai pas une bonne tolerance, je prefere eviter ces plats. Merci pour le bel accueil & service de l'equipe Le Ming Chuan! Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had recently. The food was extremely oily & salty, & I had stomach issues shortly after eating.

That alone already made me uncomfortable, but it also made me start paying more attention to food safety & hygiene standards in general…

Let's just say this visit didn't leave a good impression.

Very disappointed with this visit. The food was overly oily & salty, & the Salt & Pepper Shrimp was especially bad (hard texture with a lot of fries mixed in). Portions also seem smaller than before.
Only the Sweet & Sour Pork was okay, but not enough to make up for the rest. Would not return.

Très déçu de cette visite. Les plats étaient trop gras & trop salés, & les crevettes sel & poivre étaient particulièrement décevantes (texture dure avec beaucoup de frites mélangées). Les portions semblent aussi plus petites qu'avant.
Seul le porc aigre-doux était correct, mais pas suffisant pour compenser le reste. Je ne reviendrai pas.

I love this place.

I try to go with my mom a few times a month, it's become a tradition & we love it.

The food is always wonderful, & I've expanded my knowledge of Chinese cuisine with the nice selection of authentic Chinese dishes on offer.

The service is always top notch & the servers are wonderful people. I've gone so many times that I'm now a first name basis with the servers.

Overall it's a nice experience with delicious food & friendly, consistent service. Couldn't recommend it more!

Excellent food & service. Our group was large & we shared hot & sour soup, imperial rolls, 10+ different entrees & steamed rice. Everything we had was delicious!
