AWFUL EXPERIENCE - LANGUAGE BASED DISCRIMINATION
We had a reservation & were part of a large group (5-6 tables). Throughout the night, our table's food order was completely ignored. They came once to ask what drinks we wanted & brought us games, but never took our food order. We tried to be understanding since it was a large group. After an hour & a half, we finally spoke up & asked a waitress what was going on, especially since the rest of our group had already ordered & some were already eating.
The waitress had to go get our assigned waitress, who finally took our order. We then waited another 30-40 minutes for the food. When it came out, it arrived one plate at a time, so we didn't even get to eat together as a table. Toward the end, I still hadn't received my food. When I asked about it & mentioned that I had ordered a burger, the waitress replied rudely,'Yeah, I know what you ordered.'
About five minutes later, another waitress asked me for my order number. Two minutes after that, she came back to tell me there had been an error in the kitchen & that my order would take another 10-15 minutes. By then, everyone at my table had already received their food & were almost finished eating. It was late, I had work early the next morning, & I was exhausted, so I asked them to cancel my order. She apologized, I didn't make a fuss, & I stayed another ten minutes to spend time with my friends. Before leaving, I assumed that at the very least my one drink would be comped.
I was wrong.
I was told I would get 15% off a $9 drink, & they added,'Your burger will be discounted & removed.' The burger I never received in the first place.
So according to them, I was supposed to be grateful that they removed a burger I never got & happy with a $1 discount. I don't understand how, after almost three hours, they thought $1 off a $9 bill was reasonable. After expressing how upset I was, I was told there was nothing else they could do. When the situation was escalated to a manager, she said she could refund me, but instead only applied an additional 20% discount.I left without eating, mentally exhausted, & with an awful experience.
My friends were equally sad & disappointed. This was supposed to be our Christmas celebration before our school exams, & it left us with a bitter memory. will never go back. The waitress was unreasonable, & the owner (who was aware of the situation) was absent, hiding behind his staff.
Awful service, awful people, bad business practices-& I honestly feel that if you don't speak perfect French, you are treated poorly. Because when I was told'what do you want me to do, use google translate to make you understand' I felt extremely belittled.
I visited this restaurant on Wednesday evening with my class & we had a reservation. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. It took nearly three hours for our food to be served. We were the last table to receive food despite arriving with a reservation.
To make matters worse, one member of our group never received her meal at all. After nearly three hours, the staff realized the mistake & told her it would take an additional 15 minutes to prepare her order. By that time, the rest of our group had nearly finished eating, so she chose to cancel her order. Despite these significant issues, none of us were offered any form of compensation or discount.
The situation escalated further when the staff was rude & made a racist comment toward my friend while disputing the receipt. This was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, & deeply disrespectful, especially considering she spoke to the staff in perfect French.
Overall, the service was highly unprofessional & poorly managed. The staff appeared untrained & unable to handle basic restaurant operations. I will not be returning & strongly do not recommend this restaurant to future customers.
Très belle soirée & bonne explication des jeux de société. Seul point négatif ma portion de croustade aux pommes était minuscule pour le prix...
Ma femme est aller avec un groupe d'amis, ils étaient là-bas pendant 3 heures. Elle n'as jamais reçu ce quoi elle avait commandée. Après tout ce temps, pour'compensation' on lui a offert d'enlever 15% de son breuvage en plus d'offrir d'enlever le burger de sa commande ( Burger qu'elle n'as jamais eu ). Après plusieurs fois à dire que ca n'avait pas d'allure que seulement 1$ soit déduit après l'évenement on lui à proposer un remboursement du breuvage (9$) . Étant donné qu'elle avait déjà payée, l'argent devait etre déduit de la facture de quelqu'un d'autre du groupe. Après la facture payé & etc, en regardant seulement 2$ avait été retiré de la facture totale. Bonne ambiance, malheureusement très mauvaise expérience.
Excellent service, nourriture de pub comme on l'aime & les breuvages sont excellent. Le personnel a su nous guider dans de nouveaux jeux selon ce qu'on aime jouer. Le seul point négatif est que c'est petit comme endroit alors je conseil de réserver a l'avance.
Service impeccable! Des tonnes de jeux & de rires! Les propriétaires sont sur place pour assurer une ouverture réussie & répondre aux besoins de leurs clients!

Super soirée au Pub Ludique Joker de Terrebonne qui s'est refaite une beauté ces derniers mois. L'ambiance est parfaite, le service ultra efficace & la bonne humeur des propriétaires est contagieuse. Bravo aux animateurs de jeux pour leurs explications claires & leurs connaissances.
Nous avons passé une superbe soirée. On va revenir c'est certain.
Place charmante confortable le chauffage est bien tempérer de beau moment adorable une endroit d'ambiance amusante dans les jeux de societer ce qui est génial cest de pouvoir essayer de nouveau jeux avant de les acheter a la maison avec les invités jai adorer l'endroit jy retourne très bientôt avec des amis ❤?🩷🔥merci de faire revivre cette endroit avec de nouveau proprietaire ✅?
Expérience a essayé absolument, en famille, première date, anniversaire, c'est fabuleux
