We had an excellent client experience at Grozépa thanks to the awesome service from Nathaniel our waiter! Personable, professional, polite & efficient at his work, Nathaniel offered quick service, gave us great meal suggestions & assisted us the whole time with a smile. The food was tasteful especially the "Le Général" poutine which is a "must try" in my opinion. I tried a Raspberry Mojito mocktail that was very refreshing & the size of my drink was pretty amazing. The music is versatile, multicultural, trendy & kid friendly. The only poor experience we encounter was when one of the staff (a lady which seemed to be part of the restaurant's management team) whom was wearing a red shirt & had a tattoo situated on the right upper arm (we didnt asked for her name), had pulled out a chair from our table to rearrange it somewhere else without politely asking us if it would bother before doing so. This person didn't seem like someone that was personable & projected a negative vibe. She had a lack of positive energy & kept a straight face the whole time. She didn't make us feel valuable. It's as if she didn't care for us as a customer. Had we had a simple smile & a positive approach from this person, our experience would of been above & beyond but I guess it's all about the money that counts for some instead of the client experience. Bottom line based on the positive service from our waiter Nathaniel, we will definitely consider coming back & try other delicious meals they offer on their menu that we have not tried yet! Ps: I recommend to place a reservation online before showing up. Their online reservation page is user friendly, well organized & efficient.View more

Very impressed with the attention received, service & delicious food. For sure a must repeat!!! A1 restaurant & the drinks were on point!! Ordered a black velvet & the double smash burger. & for appetizer the fried pickles were addictive. wonder if the jalapenos poppers would be as good- would for sure be on my next visit to try.View more
