"So some countries call chicken sandwiches "chicken burgers". I thought they meant the same thing with the smoked meat sandwich. It turns out it was a hamburger topped with smoked meat. It was ok, just not what I expected, especially at the price point (priced as much as a smoked meat sandwich)."
