Très impressionné par ce restaurant! Nous avons commandé 3 tapas & deux repas différents & chaque plat était fantastique. Les portions sont généreux & les plats sont très bien équilibrés. Je suis tellement contente d'avoir à nouveau un excellent restaurant français dans le quartier & en plus avec un chef talentueux (selon le serveur, c'est un ancien de Toqué & ça se voit dans ses plats!) Un restaurant à essayer!! *** We were so impressed by this restaurant! We ordered 3 different tapas & 2 different meals & everything was delicious. Generous portions, beautifully balanced flavours. I'm so delighted to have an excellent French restaurant back in Verdun, & with such a talented chef (the waitor mentioned the chef used to work at Toqué, & it shows!) We really enjoyed our meal & highly recommend a visit.

2e fois au Godot pour nous. Comme la première fois, la cuisine est délicieuse: mélange de saveurs fines, délicates, & bien mariées. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le service est impeccable & chaleureux. Un excellent moment. Nous recommandons chaudement!
J'y suis allé avec mon épouse mercredi pour son anniversaire. Nous avons partagés une entrée de 15 huîtres à $ 1 chacune & un oursin. Un filet Mignon 7 onces pour elle & des pétoncles poêlées pour moi & une excellente bouteille de vin rouge d'importation d'Antoine Joseph Pardon - le Rouge sur le Fruit. Littéralement, divin. Je recommande à tous & à toutes. Une symphonie de saveurs toutes plus agréables les unes que les autres. Tellement conquis de la super cuisine du chef de l'Ile Maurice & de l'accueil de Harold que nous y sommes retournés le lendemain pour goûter au maquereau & au carpaccio de boeuf. Tout y était de nouveau super excellent. Ce restaurant succède au merveilleux SU qui a fait sa renommée à Verdun. On ne souhaite que la pareille au Le Godot qu'on a recommandé à toute la famille & à nos amis. Merci au site de Véronique Cloutier qui a listé ce nouveau restaurant parmi les meilleurs de Verdun avec Beba & Boss & Fils.
Could not recommend this place more. Justice for Le Godot! Their food is out of this world for a fraction of the price of what other restaurants would offer in Mtl. It's original, very generous with portions & super affordable. I hope this place blows up & gets the success it deserves.
Loved this place so so so much!!! It is my new 5 à 7 go-to. It was ***delicious***, I was tempted to lick my plate. I really recommend the beef tartare. Very relaxing, clean, modern amotsphere. Servers were friendly, & checked-in to fill our water very often (Thank you Nick). I think the prices are fair, especially for the artistic & creative dishes, & the promotions seem like a good deal (I intend to find out for myself!). We each had two dishes & a cocktail, coming to $50-$60 per person. Highly recommended for a relaxed, low-key but special & classy dinner & cocktail.
Got recommended this local spot & happy we tried it out! Interesting dishes to try as sharing plates. Very reasonable prices for a fancy/ elevated atmosphere... starting with PEI oysters & scallops 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Always ready to try out a new restaurant in my hood, especially if boozy brunch is served! The cocktail we had, the Julie Wallbanger, was absolutely terrific. Think orange julep, with hooch! The taste & mouth were excellent. The menu had a few classic brunch dishes you would expect from a hip bistro, we went for the avocado toast & chicken & waffles. The C&W was topped with berries & not saucy, so it wasn't too cloying. The elements of the dish could have used a little extra oomph, like something in the waffle batter or maybe a spicy element. The toast had maybe a little too much pico de gallo - it was Cinco de Mayo after all - & the avocado was sorta lost in the shuffle. Overall the dishes were good, not great. Portion sizes were good, we didn't need anything else on the side. Service was excellent, the staff was friendly & our dishes were served quickly. Prices were on par for this kind of place. I want to try the dinner menu, the wine list looked interesting. I'd recommend this place for a date.

Nice, intimate atmosphere. Delicious dishes that pair well together & with wine - especially Crudo de pétoncles with dumplings & Crevettes Scampi with Salad du marché. Dishes were well priced & service was excellent. Definitely would recommend for a girl's night out or a first date.
I recently visited Le Godot & had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was great for a date night or hanging out with friends. The service was top-notch, friendly & attentive. The food was delicious, with flavorful dishes from start to finish. They also have a good selection of drinks. I highly recommend checking it out for a fun night out!
Exceptional Brunch Experience! From start to finish, our brunch at le godot was simply outstanding. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was impeccable, & the food was absolutely delicious. We had a bit of everything (we strongly recommend doing this) & it was so yummy. Our meal was perfectly complemented by refreshing mimosas. We can't wait to return for another memorable meal!

Oh mon dieu, par où commencer? Chaque plat qui a orné notre table était une oeuvre d'art, préparée avec des ingrédients frais & de haute qualité qui explosaient de saveur. Je recommande particulièrement de goûter à leur plat signature, le tartare de boeuf sur os à la moelle, un véritable chef-d'oeuvre culinaire! Aussi, le service chez Le Godot est impeccable. À refaire!
I really enjoyed this place! The food was overall very good, service was fast, friendly & attentive, the vibes were good! Highly recommend the bone marrow, the Shrimps, & gnocchi!!
