Had the croissant & the croissant Amandine & both where delightful. Not very many bakery options in the st-jean area, so this cafe was a nice find 💕

Bien situé près de la rivière & du fort de Chambly. Accueil correct, la brioche aussi. Un bel espace pour s asseoir. Content qu il y ait ce genre de commerce. Félicitations pour votre travail & belle entreprise.

Hier, je suis allé prendre un café avec mon ami à la Boulangerie du Vieux-Chambly… & c'était tout simplement magnifique.

Dès que nous avons ouvert la porte, l'odeur du pain chaud nous a enveloppés. Une odeur vraie, réconfortante, presque celle de la ferme. À l'intérieur, tout est calme. On s'assoit, on respire, le monde ralentit.

J'ai mangé une danoise aux abricots, délicieuse, accompagnée d'un très bon café.
On a aussi goûté un pain au levain - un goût profond, authentique, avec du caractère. Un pain vivant, qui se suffit à lui-même.

& puis il y a l'âme du lieu. Cette maison fait du pain depuis plus de 130 ans. On le sent. On ne vient pas seulement pour manger, on vient pour ressentir quelque chose de vrai.

Si vous cherchez un endroit pour prendre un café, vous poser, être bien… allez-y.
Certains lieux ont une âme. Celui-ci en fait partie. 🥖☕?🤍
