Le Moka est, selon Flo, le meilleur au monde; le latte au lait d'avoine est, selon l'autre Flo, bon mais pas le meilleur au monde; le chai latte est, selon Jade, épicé à point & le chocolat chaud, est le meilleur au monde. Le Falco possède une nouvelle administration. L'effet est immédiat: réagencement du mobilier & ajout d'une machine à café. Nous sommes désormais au Falco 2.0, comme nous avons eu droit au Madrid 2.0. Le résultat est le même: perte d'authenticité & standardisation avec des mets en présentoirs vitrés. C'est malheureux, mais c'est ce que les gens veulent. La cuisine reste celle d'origine & nous en sommes rassurés (pour l'instant).
