A small bistro located in Villeray at the intersection of two side streets (St-Dominique and Guizot—hence the G) Restaurant Le Coin G is always a popular spot for lunch or dinner. A lively bistro occupying a small space, Restaurant Le Coin G is both unpretentious and boisterous. The menu offers a great variety of options, from sandwiches and burgers to pastas, hot and cold appetizers (try the escargots or the crab cakes), salads, fish, the sausage du jour, pork, beef and more. Nourriture très ordinaire mais bonne ambiance & beau lieu. Il y a tellement de bons restaurants à Montréal dans les mêmes prix...nous n'y retournerons pas.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this little hidden gem of a bistro is! The service is casual but so, so professional, welcoming & friendly. The food is unparalleled in it's quality, taste, preparation, portion size - just wonderful. A really comfortable ambience whether the restaurant was empty (as when we arrived) to brimming full when we left around 7:30 PM. Although I didn't partake of wine, my 2 friends I've had with me on separate occasions assure me that they have a wonderful eclectic wine selection - a sign of a great sommelier in addition to a wonderfully trained chef. A Five Star Bravo all around!!
Ambiance chaleureuse, cuisine honnête & réconfortante. Bonne sélection de vins aux verres ou à la bouteille. Réservation nécessaire car semble avoir leur clientèle régulière .

Petit resto de quartier fort sympathique. Nous avions opté pour le forfait "soirée à deux". Il comprend: le potage, une entrée (très copieuse), le plat principal (tout aussi copieux), le dessert, le café & une bouteille de vin. La qualité des mets servis est excellente, les portions généreuses. L'accueil & le service sont excellents. Le personnel est poli, courtois & attentionné, familier mais très respectueux. À l'écoute des besoins de leurs clients. Y retourner? Très bientôt & avec grand plaisir.
C'est vraiment un beau petit bistro à découvrir dans le quartier Villeray. J'ai adoré ce petit resto. La nourriture est excellente, délicieuse & savoureuse. Le service est irréprochable. Le personnel est courtois, souriant & très attentionnée. Je vous le recommande fortement. Allez-y seul, avec des ami(e)s ou même en famille. Vous allez adorer, j'en suis sûre. Bon appétit !
Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de menu spécifiquement végétarien, on m'a offert d'adapter un des plats du menu. Ce jour-là, j'ai pris un burger aux légumes grillés. Très bon.
