Okay so it's rare to find good food , good service & good atmosphere all in the same place but this cafe has it all! Outstanding service & food! The owner even offered tired pregnant me a bottle of water which was sooo thoughtful. Food was fresh & delicious. Worth trying out for sure. Thank you for a great experience each time
Very convenient location. Peaceful ambience. Lots of space. Fresh food. Lovely aesthetic & great service. Can spend hours there working on your system or just sipping coffee & reading a book. Had a great time & would definitely visit again.
What a find! I recently stopped by Caravane Café at 3506 Av. Lacombe, Montréal, QC H3T 1M1, & this place is just awesome! ✨
The atmosphere has such a great vibe. The interior is cool & interesting with cozy spots to sit, & the whole place is so clean & organized. You can tell it's a real local favorite because it's always buzzing with people, no matter the season. It's a great spot to catch up with a friend or just find a quiet corner.
The coffee is honestly the best. It's awesome & strong ☕?, perfect for giving you a morning boost. The pastries are just as good-they're so fresh & incredible, & they go perfectly with the coffee. The whole place smells amazing from all the baked goods!
I have to give a shout-out to the ladies working there. They are all so nice, friendly, & beautiful! 😊 They make you feel welcome the second you walk in, & the service is always quick & with a smile.
Overall, it's a wonderful spot that I highly recommend. It's a real gem that's perfect for a quick coffee run or a long, relaxing break with a great atmosphere & amazing service. You really can't go wrong here.

One of my fave local cafés in the city! I've been coming here for years & their espresso always hits the spot.
Once in a while I try their pastries, sometimes they're fresh, sometimes not. This time I grabbed a s'more cookie for my partner & it was so dry & very hard, definitely not fresh. Kinda bummed I spent around $5 on that.
Coffee's still great, but their pastries are hit or miss, so I'll probably won't buy their pastries again in the future.
I recently visited the Caravane Café &, overall, my experience was fine, though not particularly remarkable. The café has a cozy, laid-back atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step inside. It's tucked in a corner of the neighborhood, with a modest yet charming décor-think wooden tables, soft lighting, & a few plants scattered around, which give it a homey, welcoming vibe. There's plenty of natural light, making it a pleasant spot to hang out, read, or do some work. It's the kind of place you could easily lose track of time in. The service was friendly, which I always appreciate, but it was a bit slower than I anticipated. The staff seemed a little distracted, & it took quite a while for my order to be ready, even though the café wasn't particularly busy at the time. There were a few other customers around, but nothing that should have caused the delay. It wasn't a huge issue, but if you're in a rush, it might be something to consider. That said, when my order did arrive, the staff was kind & apologetic about the wait, which helped soften the experience. For my order, I went with a cappuccino & a croissant, two staples I like to judge a café by. The cappuccino was decent, though not quite up to par with what I was hoping for. The coffee itself was smooth & well-prepared, but it lacked the depth & richness I expect from a good cappuccino. The flavor was on the milder side-more milk-forward than the bold espresso taste I enjoy. It was definitely drinkable, just a little underwhelming, especially since I was hoping for something with a bit more punch. As for the croissant, it was fresh but not exceptional. It had a nice, golden exterior, though the texture inside was a bit denser than I'd prefer. A little more flakiness & a bit more butter would have made a big difference in elevating the pastry. Still, it wasn't bad-it was just not the standout treat I was hoping for. I'd also noticed a variety of other pastries on display, so I'm curious to try something different next time, but I can't say the croissant wowed me. The vibe of the place is definitely one of its strong points, & it's clear that the café is designed with comfort in mind. The seating is varied-there are a few tables for two, larger ones for groups, & even a small counter area near the window, ideal for solo visitors who want to watch the world go by. The music playing in the background was unobtrusive, & the overall noise level was low enough to make it a perfect environment for reading, chatting, or getting some work done. There's also a small selection of books & magazines available, which adds to the chill, low-key atmosphere. I did notice that there's a small selection of specialty drinks & snacks that could be worth checking out. I didn't try them on this visit, but the menu looked interesting. There's also a decent variety of teas & a few vegan options, which could be appealing for people with dietary restrictions. While my visit was generally pleasant, there's a feeling that Caravane Café is still finding its groove. It's definitely a café I'd visit again if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. It's a comfortable, easy-going spot, but it doesn't quite have that "wow" factor that would make it stand out in a city full of great coffee shops. If you're just looking for a quiet place to relax or need a break from the hustle & bustle, this could be a good spot. But if you're a serious coffee lover or have high expectations for your pastries, you might leave feeling like there are better options elsewhere.
I went here as my friend suggested! We went for a breakfast & we ordered egg Benedict with salmon & the other one with onion; it was good , but the potato was not fresh; overall, cozy place to sit outside. Inside was a little bot warm. Waiting time is very long. There are shortage of waiters & cashiers there. Besides, here is always crowded, but it seems like a nice place. Be ready to be in line for 20-30 min
$30 for a 1 iced chai, 1 iced coffee (decent, but cold brew was pretty bitter) & 2 croissants (burnt). 😶 Almost impossible to sit outside where there was clearly a wasp nest, or inside where tables were packed together. The bathroom was quite dirty, & generally seemed pretty run down. Service was good, food was decent, but atmosphere was bad. Easy suggestions: remove the wasps net, clean the bathroom & a fresh coat of paint.
