Très déçu par mon expérience!
Le personnel était nonchalant & peu attentif, ce qui donne l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être un client.
La nourriture manquait clairement de goût, la qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous & les portions sont insuffisantes pour le prix demandé.
Vu le rapport qualité-prix, je ne recommande pas cet établissement & n'y retournerai pas.
Ils n'ont pas apporté d'assiettes sur table jusqu'a j'ai demandé. On a mentionné dès la commande du repas qu'on vas demander un dessert vers la fin. Malheureusement, après repas, on a resté 10 min & la table n'est pas nettoyée, aucun thé servi & aucune personne n'est venu prendre la commande du dessert pourtant le restaurant n'est pas achalandé. En bref, service pas recommandée.

Not the best for turkish food... the portions were small .. we were shocked when we saw the dishes...many choices on the menu weren't available .. Definitely not going back there.. there are many other turkish restaurants way better than this. I Don't recommend. Use your money for something else
Went there with the family today only to find out on arrival that it was closed despite the restaurant saying it is open & even took our reservation.. i wished i called before hitting the road but since their reservations were open, we just assumed they were open, lesson learned! Next time, close your damn bookings if you do not want customers getting frustrated!!
Nous avions réservé 3 à 4 jours à l'avance pour deux familles. À notre arrivée, le gérant nous affirme qu'il n'y a aucune réservation. Après vérification, surprise : notre nom figurait bien sur son agenda, parmi les premières réservations.
Malgré cela, il nous annonce froidement qu'il y a une « soirée » & que les enfants ne sont pas acceptés, sans avertissement préalable. Ma plus jeune fille avait les larmes aux yeux. Aucune empathie, aucun sourire, aucun professionnalisme : une attitude rigide, glaciale & méprisante.
Nous ne venions pas pour la soirée, mais simplement pour manger tranquillement entre amis. Si nous n'avions pas été avec d'autres personnes, nous serions partis immédiatement manger ailleurs.
Seules les serveuses ont fait preuve d'humanité & de respect. Elles ont pris l'initiative de nous installer & ont été irréprochables. Sans elles, nous serions partis sur-le-champ.
Le summum : après le repas, le gérant revient nous voir pour nous dire qu'il y a finalement une annulation dans la salle avec le chanteur - une salle pourtant vide depuis le début - & nous propose d'y aller pour la « remplir ».
Monsieur, nous ne sommes pas des bouche-trous.
C'était notre premier & dernier passage dans cet établissement. Je partagerai cette expérience autour de moi, car un tel mépris envers des clients - & des enfants - est inacceptable
Très bon restaurant turc ! Les plats sont délicieux, authentiques & généreux. Le service est chaleureux & l'ambiance très agréable. Je recommande fortement.
C'est mal organisé, j'ai du appeler plusieurs pour avoir un service & la nourriture était sec . Il presse les clients pour manger alors que il prennent 30minute à faire la nourriture . Je ne conseille pas ce resto

Bosphore - À éviter si vous êtes pressé !
Même avec une réservation, préparez-vous à attendre au moins une heure. Mon expérience a été un vrai regret : après 45 minutes d'attente, j'ai finalement appelé un autre restaurant & trouvé une table à La Maison Grecque, un établissement familial depuis 1980, connu pour ses calamars parmi les meilleurs de Montréal & ses plats halal savoureux.
Aujourd'hui, des amis ont tenté le Bosphore & pour 150 $, le verdict est sans appel : déception totale. Une heure d'attente pour ça… Je confirme : mieux vaut aller ailleurs.
si je pouvais mettre un zéro je l'aurais fait! La nourriture etait sec , longue attente avant d'avoir nos plats, certains membres du personnel ont fait preuve de plusieurs actes désagréable & hautains. Je ne recommande guère perdre son temps pour aller manger la bas .

It is my first time there snd I knew it was not gonna be perfect but I went there cause a friend wanted to.
The service & atmosphere are amazing.
The waitresses are amazing ladies.
I loved their attention & patience with us.
But the lentil soup was buttery a lot.
The tea was amazing.
My plate was amazing. I got the adana kebab.
My friend got the pide fromege & sojuk & a manti.
The le bosphore mixed kebab for 4 was delicious.
The al nazik plate was not delicious. It was leftovers untouched & taken home to someone who would love it & he did.
The kids loved the fries.
The meat there is great.
Turkish are best with lamb kebab.
I loved the carrot dip & for the first time ever liked a tzatziki sauce.
I got angry that my pide aux epinard was destroyed when I got home. The way they packed it the topping was stuck on the paper & the dough was separated. You should have cut it & put it in a small box like the ones for the plates would have been better.
Did not take the picture of destroyed one.
The lahmacu was perfect when I got home.
I am interested in trying the breakfast menu next time.

L'une des meilleures cuisines turques que j'ai goûtées à Montréal.
Service accueillant & très gentil, le personnel est chaleureux.
Petit point à améliorer : le menu est parfois incomplet, on ne trouve pas toujours tous les plats,
& il peut y avoir un peu d'attente pour la préparation des commandes.
À part cela, rien à dire, je recommande.
