Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was very disappointing. We came here expecting a Turkish breakfast, but there was hardly anything on the menu that felt authentically Turkish.
The music was loud & annoying, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. There was also a strong chemical smell, almost like bleach, coming from somewhere in the restaurant. It was so unpleasant that I completely lost my appetite & couldn't eat.
The tea was also disappointing-it tasted as if it had been brewed twice & had almost no fresh flavor.
Overall, this was not the Turkish breakfast experience we were expecting, & unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant did not feel Turkish at all, & the music was extremely loud. The breakfast quality was awful, & there was a strong bleach-like chemical smell throughout the restaurant. The food also took far too long to arrive. Overall, the food, atmosphere, service, & experience were very poor. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I never see the Turkish's restaurants like that it's no good service & no good food at all I received my food after 42 minutes & food is really bad no fresh food & quality of food is really bad & quantity of food is also very low what's they showed at menus
We came to Le Bosphore for Brunch on Mother's Day since we heard good comments about their dinner menu. The service was so slow & inattentive. When we were sat, the table was still dirty & when she cleaned it (probably with a dirty rag) the table smelled mildew. They then set the table but we were missing utensils & some of them were dirty. When we finally ordered & received our food a little while later, we got served cold-ish eggs that were supposed to be sunny side up but looked & tasted like plastic since they were way over cooked. We barely got any fruits when other tables got served a decent amount for the number of people present. We had to ask for bread & water & the bread was burnt. When we asked for new bread, the server said it would take a while & that we should start with the burnt bread first. I will never come here again. I think it's sad to offer such a service when there aren't many Arab/Turkish restaurants in Montreal that we can support.
Paid 57.47$ this! We are 2 adults. The eggs was disgusting! & the rest of what they gave is decoration lol. We didn't eat we paid & left & ate somewhere else! Please avoid this place so you dont get disappointed. The owners & chef are not even turkish.
We drove in from Brossard to try Bosphorus Istanbul Kebab in Montreal, & it turned out to be an absolute gem. I went with my wife & her cousin who was visiting from Ottawa, & all three of us were genuinely impressed from start to finish.
The service stood out right away, the young lady 💐who took care of us went above & beyond, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
We started with spring rolls, a Caesar salad, soujouk cheese pie, & fries , & honestly, the appetizers were to die for. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. & the hot bread… wow 🤩 warm, soft, & unforgettable.
For the main course, we had the Adana Ali Nazik, & it was perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, & truly authentic Turkish cuisine at its best.
We finished with kunefe, & it was the perfect ending - rich, warm, & absolutely delicious.
We were looking for a nice place to take my wife's cousin, & this turned out to be a jackpot. It was absolutely worth the drive, & we're already looking forward to coming back again.
Not the best for turkish food... the portions were small .. we were shocked when we saw the dishes...many choices on the menu weren't available .. Definitely not going back there.. there are many other turkish restaurants way better than this. I Don't recommend. Use your money for something else
It is my first time there snd I knew it was not gonna be perfect but I went there cause a friend wanted to.
The service & atmosphere are amazing.
The waitresses are amazing ladies.
I loved their attention & patience with us.
But the lentil soup was buttery a lot.
The tea was amazing.
My plate was amazing. I got the adana kebab.
My friend got the pide fromege & sojuk & a manti.
The le bosphore mixed kebab for 4 was delicious.
The al nazik plate was not delicious. It was leftovers untouched & taken home to someone who would love it & he did.
The kids loved the fries.
The meat there is great. Turkish are best with lamb kebab.
I loved the carrot dip & for the first time ever liked a tzatziki sauce.
I got angry that my pide aux epinard was destroyed when I got home. The way they packed it the topping was stuck on the paper & the dough was separated. You should have cut it & put it in a small box like the ones for the plates would have been better.
Did not take the picture of destroyed one.
The lahmacu was perfect when I got home.
I am interested in trying the breakfast menu next time.
Very goood !! I loved it !! 10/10
