I dont understand why some reviewers rate this restaurant as 1 star. The food is decent, even improved compared to when I went there this Summer. The service is also fine. The waitress was very busy, but doing her best to keep all customers happy.
Un très très mauvais gérant on arrive sur place pour un iftar il nous refuse directement sans comprendre alors que on c'est renseigné 2 jours avant ils ont dit vous pouvez juste se présenter sans réserver le jour j arrive & le monsieur cherche même pas à comprendre la situation a directement dit NON.
Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure iftar & il y avait beaucoup de monde, mais nous avons très bien mangé. L'accueil était chaleureux & les plats délicieux. Merci Hafida pour la sourire l' accueil & le service impeccables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Service extrêmement lent & très décevant. J'avais fait une réservation à l'avance & je suis arrivé 25 à 30 minutes avant l'adhan pour l'iftar, espérant être bien servi. Malheureusement, après plus d'une heure, je suis reparti sans manger. Le chef ne s'occupait que de ses amis turcs, tandis que les autres tables attendaient, sans service. Notre table n'a même pas été nettoyée, & nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes juste pour de l'eau. Même après avoir relancé, on m'a simplement répondu « OK, OK », sans aucune action concrète. Plusieurs tables ont quitté le restaurant, frustrées, & je n'ai pas été servi. C'est vraiment impoli, catastrophique & inacceptable.
Food was good but that's about it, walked in to a bunch of dirty tables & having to wait 20 mins to get seated. Service was bad, had to keep asking multiple times for things like cutlery & missing food from our order & kept having to wait after waiting 45 mins for our food. The 2 for $45 was a joke, hardly enough for one person! Don't waste your time so many better places!

Expérience minable. Attendu 1h30 pour recevoir du pain. Attendu 1h pour avoir des couverts PROPRES. Ma mère a dû attendre 1h de plus pour recevoir son plat. Ne venez pas.
We tried this restaurant yesterday & found it was a laughable experience in terms of service! 3 tables decided to up & leave in front of us due to their poor experience & extra wait times in receiving their food! it turns out there was legit no service to speak of! the servers had no idea of what they were doing looking around holding plates in front of the doorway not sure on which tables they belonged. my family received their plate & had time to eat almost all of it while i had to remind servers i never received my order. The 3 rd time i mentionned i was still waiting on my plate i was brought an empty plate lol!? i was like : im waiting on my order? then finally my order came. We asked 3 times to get bread (we never ended up getting it) Never once brought water! I suspect all good reviews are fake beware! they are a scam ( asking for cash payment not to pay taxes) the food was ok (small servings & missing sides depicted in the menu & images) The owner is extremely questionable from my analysis/experience! 0/10 for service & restaurant experience / 4/10 for the food.
Très déçu par la nourriture & par le service arrivé a 17h40 servi a 19h20 nous avions commandé des soupe qui ont jamais été apporté publicité mensongère on a pris les grillades a partager a 2 on s'attendait a avoir une belle planche avec des côtelette encore chaude dans la poêle & on a reçu une assiette basic viande sec pas de Bulgur just un bol de riz je ne recommande vraiment pas aller plutôt au restaurant Saray qui vaut vraiment le détour.
Nous avions une reservation pour 17h45, nous avons dû attendre jusuq'à 18hxx pour qqun vienne prendre la commande & la nourriture (pour 4) special ramadan n'est arrivée qu'à 19h... Nous sommes restés 1h a attendre la nourriture alors que nous jeunions, mieux valait rester à la maison. Portion du menu ramadan pour 2 mais tres petite portion

Si vous aimez le brunch à la Turque c'est le meilleur endroit. Petit déjeuner très généreux avec omelette, fromage, salade, pâte à tartiner, abricot, yogourt greque, etc.
THE GOOD:
The Food - The food was pretty good, albeit a bit expensive for what you get. We got the platter for 4 & the chicken wings it came with, in particular, were very nicely seasoned.
THE OKAY:
The Atmosphere - The atmosphere is good enough that you could take a date there. Nothing you would seek out, but not bad.
THE BAD:
The Wait - We waited over 2 hours for our food, & watched a few other tables opt to leave after waiting for well over an hour. When the food finally ended up coming they still never brought out the side of bread it was supposed to come with or any of the sides we ordered.
The Service - To say the service was bad wouldn't be entirely true; it was simply nonexistent. We ordered right after we sat down & asked also asked for some water to start. After 45 minutes we had to go find the server to ask her to bring over some water. At no point during our over two hour wait did she come over to the table to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. When we asked her about the wait for the food she told us'It's not my fault, the kitchen is just taking a long time. It's Valentine's day so obviously waits are going to be long.'
By a wide margin Le Bosphore gets awarded the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

We saw this place on a Facebook reel & booked a reservation for five people for Valentine's Day. The food arrived two hours after we ordered it & was cold. We ordered the platter for four & our bread & fries never arrived. Our server said that the delay was due to the kitchen but we weren't even served water until almost an hour in. The restaurant wasn't even that busy & we saw a couple walk out because they'd been waiting so long for their food which never came. The food quality was average, certainly not worth the wait. Would never recommend this restaurant.
Je le recommande pas , très mal organisé, ils nous ont donné une table qui était très salle, mes enfants ne voulaient même pas rester . On a quitté sans regret
