Founded in 1889 by Joseph Bourdeau & Daniel Hatton, The Boating Club of Ste-Rose was the most renowned nautical club in the region. Located next to the Plessis-Bélair Bridge, near the Rivière-des-Mille-Îles, the club was mostly composed of English-speaking Montreal vacationers. The club organized regattas and social evenings as well as balls in the "Club House". 125 years later, with the initiative of a Bourdeau (as in 1889) and his group of friends, The Boating Club comes back to life! In this great project we find, among others, the group of co-owners of the Philemon Bar in Old Montreal. Zébulon Perron, the designer behind enormous success such as, Grinder, La Buvette à Simone, Furco. Francis Lorrain from Boucherie Lorrain in Rosemère and Gary Sousa our captain.

Taken together, Le Boating Club is viewed as a standout option in the area for quality food, strong service, and a vibrant atmosphere, with the caveat that it can be loud and busy at peak times.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant - excellent service & delicious food. However, the dishes were overly salty, leaving me feeling it the next morning. The star of the show was 100000% the baked oysters 🦪
Pour ma part, nous étions dans un groupe de 15 personne & on ne pouvais pas choisir notre nourriture. On devais séparé une assiette principale pour 4 personnes. Musique extrêmement fort durant l'heure du souper. C'était 60$ par personnes sans pouvoir choisir, sans compter les breuvages. Sa coûter 225$ avec le tissu & les taxes un peu chère pour se qu'il avait. Heureusement rien a dire sur le service qui était parfait.
Ça fait des années que je ne vais plus au Boating Club car je trouvais les barmans désagréables. J'ai osé y retourner & sincèrement, WOW!! Merci à Sébastien qui nous a servis au bar: service attentionné, souriant & chaleureux. Thumb's up aussi pour les huitres & le tartare. Je vais revenir c'est certain! #teamse
Très bel endroit, le salon privé en bas avec le Karaoke est simplement parfait pour un groupe. La nourriture est très bonne, portion généreuse pour le menu à partager, le décor est beau & le service est impeccable.

Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec une erreur de facture déjà payée. Un plat supplémentaire avait été facturé, le gérant nous a informé que le remboursement sur le mode de paiement (crédit) était impossible. Une carte cadeau nous a été donné mais au simple montant du plat alors que les taxes & le pourboire avaient été payé... L'impression de se faire avoir ne donne pas du tout envie de retourner à ce restaurant malgré la belle ambiance & la bonne nourriture.
Absolument charmant. L'ambiance, spécialement au salon privé avec le karaoke, que des heures de plaisir. Une formidable soirée. & que dire de la cuisine ; tout simplement incroyable. Franchement, c'est dispendieux, mais ça en vaut 100 fois le prix. Je le recommande fortement.

Nous avions réservé pour 20h30 & avons utilisé un taxi pour l'aller-retour +-15$ au total) car nous dormions à l'hotel le rivage. Les employés étaient disponible & aimable. We had booked for 8:30 p.m. & used a taxi for the round trip +-$15 in total) because we were sleeping at the hotel le rivage. The employees were available & friendly. We will definitely return!!

Nous avons réserver la petite salle privée parfaite pour les 18 ans de ma fille tous était parfait la bouffe incroyable le service hors paire j'y vais souvent alors oui le recommande!!!!
