Founded in 1889 by Joseph Bourdeau & Daniel Hatton, The Boating Club of Ste-Rose was the most renowned nautical club in the region. Located next to the Plessis-Bélair Bridge, near the Rivière-des-Mille-Îles, the club was mostly composed of English-speaking Montreal vacationers. The club organized regattas and social evenings as well as balls in the "Club House". 125 years later, with the initiative of a Bourdeau (as in 1889) and his group of friends, The Boating Club comes back to life! In this great project we find, among others, the group of co-owners of the Philemon Bar in Old Montreal. Zébulon Perron, the designer behind enormous success such as, Grinder, La Buvette à Simone, Furco. Francis Lorrain from Boucherie Lorrain in Rosemère and Gary Sousa our captain.

Les huîtres étaient délicieuses nous avons 3 rounds de 24, oopsie. Nous avons aussi mangé la bouratta ainsi que le boeuf braisé, un pure délice, je recommende le boeuf & les huîtres les yeux fermés. (Le dimanche elles sont à 1$) puis les cocktails, 10/10.
This bar is amazing it's suitable for all ages & the food & cocktails are amazing but it is always so crowded. Djs are ok but the music is not the type to make you dance, it could be better.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Le Boating Club in Laval, & it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The setting is stunning - a perfect mix of chic, cozy, & vibrant, with a warm ambiance that makes you instantly feel at ease.
The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented & full of flavor, clearly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients & lots of creativity. From the appetizers to the mains & desserts, each bite was a delightful surprise. The cocktails were also fantastic - perfectly balanced & made with care.
What truly elevates this place is the service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely friendly, always making sure everything was perfect without being intrusive.
Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a night out with friends, or even a place to celebrate something special, Le Boating Club delivers on every level. It's the kind of restaurant you leave already planning your next visit.
We were visiting from Toronto & chose this restaurant because it was close to our Airbnb. We drove up in pouring rain & the valet parking was a really nice welcome surprise. From the time we walked in, the atmosphere & service was incredible. Every dish that we ordered, appetizers, mains & desserts was amazing . The cocktails were also excellent! Looking forward to returning & trying different dishes whenever we're back in the area.
Came after the spa Finlandais for a quick bite, we were lucky to be served by Liane! She was great, very attentive & always present when you needed her. Very smiley & made the experience even better! We had the soup of the day, red cabbage & potato, gnocchi , burrata, & fried halloumi salad. We even indulged on the Sunday promotion for cocktail shrimp one dollar each! We ended the evening with a creme brûlée. Just delicious. No complaints here! Love the ambience & will be back soon.
Toujours un plaisir de faire un retour au source. L'idée des crevettes cocktails à 1$. . Le service, impeccable comme toujours. Le seul bémol était le tartare de boeuf. Sinon les gnocchis, escalopes, desserts, vino. Tout était à point & juste. #rocktheboat
L'expérience était incroyable. Les cocktails à bon prix nous ont ravis, surtout les brochettes d'agrume en décoration. Décoration rien à dire mise à part le file des lumières sur table qui n'étais pas dans son tubulaire. Ambiance génial La nourriture était très satisfaisante surtout après une grosse journée à pratiquer sont swing. Ça remonte le moral de ne pas avoir réussi à atteindre le 250. Valet parking très communicatif qui nous a aussi indiqué où aller se stationner puisque nous ne sommes pas fervent de la monarchie. Je recommande fortement

Restaurant & bar/club avec possibilité de manger au comptoir du bar ou à table, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Le plat était copieux & très bon, tout comme les cocktails. L'équipe était serviable & à l'écoute du client. J'avais choisi la pieuvre grillée aux asperges rôties, cependant, il n'y avait pas d'asperges. Étant donné que c'était la fin du service en cuisine, je peux comprendre qu'il manque certains ingrédients, mais il est préférable d'en avertir le client au préalable. À part cela, l'expérience reste agréable.
Absolument impécable. Nous avons été tellement charmé tant par l'ambiance, l'originalité du décor & du menu que par la nourriture absolument incroyable. Nous avons mangé du boeuf braisé avec risotto, du tartare de cerf, du steak de bison avec gratin dauphinois, crème brulé à la pistache & des cocktail (tous délicieux). Nous avions réservé pour 20h30 & avons utilisé un taxi pour l'aller-retour +-15$ au total) car nous dormions à l'hotel le rivage. Les employés étaient disponible & aimable. Nous y retournerons assurément!! Absolutely impeccable. We were so charmed by the atmosphere, the originality of the decor & the menu as well as the absolutely incredible food. We ate braised beef with risotto, venison tartare, bison steak with gratin dauphinois, pistachio crème brulé & cocktails (all delicious). We had booked for 8:30 p.m. & used a taxi for the round trip +-$15 in total) because we were sleeping at the hotel le rivage. The employees were available & friendly. We will definitely return!!

Bon resto, bonne ambiance, excellent service, cocktails & nourriture super ! Après 9pm ça devient assez bruyant, quasi un club pour ceux qui recherchent cette ambiance là.

Loved the place
Awesome ambiance modern with a certain "je ne sais quoi" kitch vibe.
Great cocktails & wine list. The Blue cheese Martine was perfectly concocted.
The oysters were on special & awesome we tried the baked ones also long time I had not tried them like that & they were perfection.
We have the Morue & it was excellent nice charcoal flavour. The Lobster perogies had a little too much sour creme (this could gave been elevated) but that was just a detail Generous amount of lobsters 🦞 . Service was great & friendly experience from start to finish
Excellent repas! La pieuvre & les raviolis au homard sont succulents. Maxence nous a très bien conseillé pour les cocktails & le vin. Très belle soirée!
