Founded in 1889 by Joseph Bourdeau & Daniel Hatton, The Boating Club of Ste-Rose was the most renowned nautical club in the region. Located next to the Plessis-Bélair Bridge, near the Rivière-des-Mille-Îles, the club was mostly composed of English-speaking Montreal vacationers. The club organized regattas and social evenings as well as balls in the "Club House". 125 years later, with the initiative of a Bourdeau (as in 1889) and his group of friends, The Boating Club comes back to life! In this great project we find, among others, the group of co-owners of the Philemon Bar in Old Montreal. Zébulon Perron, the designer behind enormous success such as, Grinder, La Buvette à Simone, Furco. Francis Lorrain from Boucherie Lorrain in Rosemère and Gary Sousa our captain.

J'ai des restrictions alimentaires & la serveuse a été très serviable, très au courant de son menu. Abordable également par rapport aux restaurants comparables. Pas mal de bruit mais ça avec l'ambiance. J'y retourne!!

Bonne ambiance, le service impeccable merci Marc. Nous avons opté pour la formule plats à partager. Tous excellents. Les incontournables les fameux gnocchis maison & la macreuse & pour finir les churros. Chaque fois que je fait découvrir ce restaurant à des amis, ils sont vraiment comptant & surpris par la qualité des plats & leurs variétés.

Le service était impeccable, les drinks maison tout simplement divin, l'ambiance est juste parfaite & que dire des plats qui goûtaient le ciel 🙌 Première visite mais certainement pas la dernière ❤

Service was perfect, cocktails & wine were great. My only disappointment was in the menu selection. This place used to have a huge seafood menu. Now there are like 4 items on the menus. Lobster, crab, lobster ravioli & a nordique shrimp salad. Possibly more but not many. A nice meal, but I'll go somewhere else for seafood next time.
