Nous sommes allés pour la promo moules à volonté du mardi. Au départ j'avais peur de la qualité lorsqu'il y a ce type de promo, mais sérieusement WOW les deux sortes étaient excellentes!!! Bravo au chef. En espérant que cette promo & cette qualité reste.

Excellent service, la nourriture était très bonne. Nous avions la salle privé pour un anniversaire, quelques problèmes techniques avec la télé & le karaoké ce qui a nuit un peu à la fluidité de notre soirée, mais le personnel s'est assuré de tout faire fonctionner. Je ne doute pas que c'était un problème isolé qui n'arrive pas souvent. Je recommande fortement.

The bouncer is rude & my group didn't get a good customer service overall. We had to wait 30 minutes because the bouncer said it was full inside, yet he let almost 15 people in who were behind us. They are trying to act exclusive, but it's just inconsistent. I would rate it a zero if it was possible.

I'm very disappointed with my experience. I had to cancel a reservation on April 17th due to a recent loss in my family. As soon as I received their voicemail reminder, I called back immediately to cancel & sincerely apologize for the late notice.

The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. The person I spoke to was dismissive, had a rude attitude, & ended the call while I was still speaking. Given the circumstances, this lack of basic empathy & respect was honestly shocking.

Update following the management team's response:
I would like to clarify a few points, as their reply does not fully reflect my experience. I did not receive multiple calls or emails they referenced, which contributed to the misunderstanding. At the time of booking, I was also told that my reservation would only be confirmed after completing a form sent by email, which further explains how this situation may have occurred.

I also followed up by email to address the issue &, to date, have not received any response (yet I recieved a reply to my review), which adds to the frustration.

Regarding our phone interaction, I contacted them promptly after receiving the voicemail to cancel & apologize. However, the tone of the call was dismissive, & it was ended abruptly while I was still speaking. Regardless of the circumstances, I believe respectful & professional communication should always be maintained.

I would also note that my original communication was in English, so receiving a response in French was unexpected & disappointing.

I have visited Le Boating Club in the past & had positive experiences, which makes this situation particularly unfortunate. While I understand & respect cancellation policies, there is no excuse for poor customer service & lack of professionalism.

For these reasons, I would not recommend this place.

Le service était excellent & impeccable. L'endroit est vraiment très bien décoré & j'ai adoré l'ambiance.

C'est génial qu'ils offrent des huîtres à 1 $ le dimanche, c'est d'ailleurs ce qui nous a fait choisir cet endroit. Les cocktails sont également excellents.

Le stationnement mérite d'être mentionné: j'ai réussi à trouver une place dans leur parking, mais mes amis ont dû se stationner ailleurs, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant.

Par contre, la nourriture manquait de saveur. La majorité des plats étaient plutôt fades, ce qui est dommage compte tenu du reste de l'expérience. Cela dit, les plats étaient très beaux à voir & bien présentés.
