This place needs some work & love. Food wasn't what expected. The waiter was nice.
I wouldn't go back. We really loved the fried spring rolls but disliked the general tao (crispy chicken).View more
Around 20$ a meal, the portions are pretty good. The plate was decently large & the meal was also served with soup & a spring roll. I really like the variety of vegetables served with the noodles. However, I do feel like some vegetables were undercooked & not that great. The noodles were also not that crispy considering the item I ordered was crispy noodles. That might have been because of the delivery though, so it's understandable. The flavours were pretty good, a good balance of sweetness & saltiness but the sauce was a bit too liquidy in my opinion. I feel like a thicker sauce would have complimented the noodles better.View more
The restaurant has very basic vegetarian/vegan options. I got a vegetarian stir fry & 2 rice paper rolls. None of the food had tofu in it which is a let down because, i was essentially eating a salad but the peanut butter sauce for the rolls was good. The rest of the food was bland. Unfortunately, not worth the travel.View more
Best Thai food in Laval. I tried many items on their menu & everything was delicious. I love the peanut butter chicken with crispy spinach & the spring rolls.
This was my second time here. The food was delish , beautiful presentation & quick. The pho soup was very tasty & fresh , as were the spring rolls, Both our meals were large portions & both very delicious. As far as service it was fast but it was monday night , there were only a couple other people in the renstaurant. The staff was friendly & the restaurant decor is nice, relaxing. THe first time i was there was with a larger group, we were 8, the food then was great too, we were served in a decent & the only thing people complained about was the coffee. its worth a visit.
We really enjoyed our lunch at Basilic Vert, the spring rolls with shrimps are amazing & so is the peanut butter chicken with crispy spinach. My wife had the seafood "Bird's Nest" (crispy noodles) & she really enjoyed that too. The service was quick & courteous. Overall a great experience.
Excellent food & beautiful presentation. We would definitely go there again. The recipes are original & prepared with care. The appetizer, basilic vert rolls (# 19) looked inviting & tasted great. My husband loved the dipping sauce, a bit on a spicy side. For the main course I had pineapple rice with sea food (# 44) that was beautifully served in a pineapple half while my husband had shrimp in Thai style (# 28), light, crispy & tasty. Prices are reasonable.
The service was polite & proper. The menu is bilingual & available online. We were served in the language of our choice which says plenty about the respect given to the clients. The place is popular & it's better to make a reservation in you go on Saturday. It's a casual & relaxing restaurant. Try it at least once & you will see how different it is!
