Incompréhensible d'être un bar à croissant, d'avoir des spécialités au menu & ne plus être capable d'en propose à 10h, servir un mocha froid, de devoir le faire réchauffé pour qu'au final il est juste le goût du chocolat réchauffé.

I got here on a friday around 11 am to try their specialty croissants, I was a bit sad to see that they we're sold out. That being said the blueberry croissant & the raspberry one we're very good. It a light crisp exterior, a fluffy interior with a generous amount of fruits. If this place wasn't 2 hours away it would be a disaster for my bank account. They have a patio at the front, a lovely inside seating area & plenty of parking. I'll be going back every month to try their exclusive items, make sure to show up early to not miss anything. Best croissant in the province as far as I'm concerned. Try it !

A mon arrivée, j'ai vu celui qui prépare les croissants, manquer d'hygiène. Il avait de la pâte dans les mains & sifflait vers la pâte, donc bienvenu les microbes. J'étais là seule a la caisse & je me faisais presser a choisir.

Les meilleures viennoiseries de la région & je dirais même du Québec !
Je n'ai jamais mangé de si bons croissants, pains au chocolat, pains aux raisins (nouveauté !) que chez eux. Même en France il n'y en a pas d'aussi bons.
& que dire de tout le choix de viennoiseries & desserts de saison, toutes plus délicieuse les unes que les autres. Mes favoris : croissant aux bleuets & croissant à l'érable.
Merci à toute l'équipe du Bar à Croissant de nous régaler semaine après semaine 🙌🏼
