"To begin with, the waiters were kind and service was overall good, with more than a few shortcomings. The decor is nice and stands out from other restaurants. But those are the only good things we noticed at Le 9e. Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour for our table of 5 (even though we had a reservation). I appreciate the staff for offering us..."
