"Room and concierge was great. Only qualm was the wine bar. The waiter refused to sit us and told us to sit in the other restaurant. Then made us wait and wait and finally came back and gave my wife French menus. She asked for an English one and he refused. We left without ordering anything. It killed the evening but everything else was great. "
