Every plate felt intentional. The kind of brunch that makes the whole table go silent for a second because everyone's too busy taking that first bite. Crispy potatoes with the perfect crunch, eggs dressed in silky hollandaise like they were made for a magazine cover, & waffles balancing sweet, savory, creamy, & crunchy in a way that honestly shouldn't work this well… but somehow does.
The pistachio french toast was top notch.

1000/10 highly recommend. If you're visiting montreal & want a unique brunch experience/taste, this is it.
Excellent vibe & service. Most of the food was perfect, but the salad that comes with the eggi Sando was so salty my partner couldn't eat it & we traded meals. Even still, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Coffee was 10/10
Si vous cherchez une adresse incontournable à Montréal pour un brunch à la fois généreux & chaleureux, Le 30 Février est une destination de choix. Mon expérience a été impeccable du début à la fin, & je ne peux que recommander cet établissement.
Un service attentionné, même dans l'attente
Certes, le restaurant est victime de son succès & il y a souvent une file d'attente à l'entrée. Cependant, ce qui distingue cet endroit, c'est la qualité exceptionnelle du service. Rarement ai-je vu une équipe aussi proactive : même pendant que nous attendions sur le trottoir, le personnel passait nous voir pour nous proposer du café ou de l'eau, rendant l'attente tout à fait agréable. Une fois à l'intérieur, l'accueil est tout aussi chaleureux & l'efficacité est impressionnante.
Le'30 Classique' : Un régal généreux
Côté cuisine, j'ai opté pour Le 30 Classique (à 22$). C'est le plat idéal pour les amateurs de petits-déjeuners traditionnels mais de haute qualité. L'assiette est très copieuse & les saveurs sont au rendez-vous :
Les oeufs & les saucisses aux herbes étaient parfaitement cuits.
Les accompagnements (salade maison, pain signature & patates) apportent un équilibre parfait.
Mention spéciale pour la température : bien que la salle soit comble, les assiettes & les cafés sont arrivés bien chauds à la table, ce qui fait toute la différence.
Ambiance & atmosphère
L'endroit dégage une énergie créative & conviviale, avec un menu original aux noms accrocheurs (comme le'L'Avoca-Dieu' ou le'SalmoCado'). On s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise,'servi à son goût', comme on dit ici. C'est un lieu qui a une âme & où l'on sent que chaque client est traité avec soin.
En résumé :
Qualité de la nourriture : 5/5 (Produits frais & portions généreuses).
Service : 5/5 (Rapide, humain & très professionnel).
Recommandation : Absolument ! Ne vous laissez pas décourager par la file d'attente, car l'expérience globale en vaut largement la peine.
Une adresse que je vais sans aucun doute partager avec mes proches & où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir pour tester leurs options sucrées comme le'Chocolat fondant'

This brunch was one of my favorite in all of Montreal. Very nice service, also very fast service. Great atmosphere, the food was fantastic & every dish is carefully crafted, delicious, & well thought out. Coffee was good & the fruit bowl was great too. I love the crispy potato wedges & the little aioli pairs perfectly. I loved the French toast it very fluffy & perfectly sweetened, the portion was also perfect. The Carnivore Sando was really tasty & very nicely seasoned, very filling. The 30 classic dish was my favorite dish so far, it's very large, it feels like a very balanced meal with a good amount of protein. The menu is small but every dish is really good. Definitely recommend
Tout d'abord on a été très bien accueilli, le personnel est attentif & agréable ce qui nous met immédiatement dans une bonne ambiance, sans compter le décor qui est très charmant. Nous avons commandé le chaffle, le carnivore & le 30 classique. Tous les trois plats étaient vraiment un délice. C'est vraiment les saveurs à laquelle je m'attendais pour un brunch centré vers le moyen orient. Je recommande à 100% & je reviendrai moi même bien évidemment.

Had a great time for my friend's birthday! Cozy space, the staff was nice & kind! The food was beyond great & the desserts were perfect (just sugary enough to not be too much) very soft on the stomach ! Would 100% recommend & go again for their ice cream tiramisu🤗

Je recommande vivement cet établissement 😊 Le service est excellent : l'équipe est serviable, attentionnée & très gentille. Le brunch est vraiment délicieux. Je conseille particulièrement le pain perdu au Nutella & à la pistache, un vrai régal !
Petit bémol toutefois : le matcha n'est pas exceptionnel, mais il reste tout de même correct.
Very cute place & amazing food. Honestly such unique breakfast food compared to other brunch places. Love the middle eastern influence!! Also we got a pistachio latte & it was so delicious. (See picture) Anyways I would definitely recommend this place!

Straight away, I'll tell you, the food here is way better than expected. Price is quite fair & the portion & quality are good.
The eggs benedict & chicken waffles were really good. Service was nice & the staff were kind.
I'm not a huge fan of the interior decor, & the space was quite crowded with the table placement in my opinion. Near the window it was a bit chilly.
Again, I recommend this place & think you'll be surprisingly pleased with it.
