I had the tasting menu, my highlights were the Jerusalem artichokes confit w/lobster , a kind of sea chucrut garnie with sturgeon; skate and a whelk sausage and a lamb tartare on a bone-marrow dripped toast with Cantabrian anchovies. The chef keeps outdoing himself. The service was friendly and very professional..."
