After waiting in line for a while & i finally get to order with the staff, who ignored my order & turned to the white lady after me, asking if she came here before me. Only when she got her confirmation did she start to take my order. Racial profiling was rude, dismissive, & not acceptable. Not coming back.

Quite an interesting concept barbershop gelateria & coffee shop... The girl in me had no intention resisting pistachio gelato & but I did take berry sorbet... I also saw pastries & desserts & I think I will have to go back again Who would not love that place?

We happened to walk past this place & couldn't resist stopping for some gelato! 🍋 I ordered the lemon sorbet, & it was wonderfully sweet & tangy, so refreshing on a warm summer night. My husband chose the tiramisu flavor absolutely delicious:):):)

I've been a regular at Latte O, maybe 15-20 times, but today was awful. Two ladies served me, & both were extremely, disrespectful, rude & unprofessional. I had planned to stay & work, but the disrespect & negativity forced me to leave. This rude, dismissive service is unacceptable. I won't be back.
