Je vais cher l'Artizan régulièrement & je n'ai jamais été déçu. La cuisson est toujours impeccable & le service toujours courtois. Si vous vous attendez à des pizzas style américaines, vous serez déçu. Elles sont plus près des pizzas Italiennes comme en Italie. Je crois que ceci peut expliquer certains commentaires négatifs.

Bien que ces pizzas soient plus de style gastronomique, le rapport qualité/prix est très bien. Je mange le midi une pizza, une salade & une pinte de bière pour moins de 20$.

Ma pizza préférée est la Diavola, piquante & goûteuse à souhait.

Très bonnes pizzas , je vous suggère, la Casablanca ou la végétarienne, croûte parfaite & garniture adéquate bon rapport qualité prix, le proprio est un très sympathique
