Rented this venue you for a private birthday party. Could not recommend more highly. The venue is great & the staff were responsive, helpful, & a blast the night of the event. A plus service. Thanks billy!

We went there for the work Christmas party. The food was catered. The drinks were covered by our managers so I did not order anything at my expense. The overall atmosphere was great. I recommend booking the place for a private event.

I wish I had discovered the Annexe back when I lived in the area. Billy is a true gentleman, took excellent care of us during our office Christmas party. It was catered so we didn't try their menu, looking forward to going back
