"I love their stuff but I don't how they manage to get the order wrong every time. That's fine too, it happens but when you try to tell them it's wrong, they act so irritated. And this has happened twice now. I'm sorry I don't speak French but I'm still paying for my order. If it was a one off I'd let it go but it's not."
