The varied menu includes harder-to-find items like vada pav, & the food is fresh, flavorful, & expertly prepared. Bread lovers will appreciate the proper tandoor: the breads arrive crisp, hot, & fresh. The chai is authentic, & despite rising restaurant prices, the value is excellent. For $15, I had a thali with standout items & more food than I could finish in one sitting. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful experience here! The dahi puri was absolutely delicious-fresh, crispy, & packed with flavour. The vegetable thali was equally impressive, with generous portions & everything tasting fresh & well prepared. The moong dal halwa was also incredibly delicious & the perfect way to finish the meal.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere & was very clean & well maintained. The hospitality was exceptional as well-both the owner & the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, & attentive.
Overall, great food, generous portions, a beautiful atmosphere, & excellent service. Definitely a 5-star experience & highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely amazing restaurant! 😍 The food was delicious, fresh, & full of flavor. Every dish was beautifully prepared & tasted fantastic. Absolutely loved our experience at Lala Masala in the West Island. The food was fresh, full of flavour & you can really tell everything is made with care. Even if you're not vegetarian, you won't miss the meat at all because every dish is so satisfying & packed with authentic Punjabi flavours.
What really made our visit stand out was the host. He was incredibly warm & welcoming & took the time to walk us through the menu, explain the different dishes & even share the story behind the restaurant. That personal touch made the whole experience feel so genuine.
The restaurant is clean the portions are generous & the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. We already can't wait to go back & try more of the menu. Such a hidden gem in the West Island.
