Lahmajoune Villeray shines as a warm, family run spot offering fresh, authentic Middle Eastern flavors with a standout lahmajoune, along with a variety of breads, pastries, dips and kebbeh made with care. The service is friendly and welcoming, the ingredients feel homemade, and portions are hearty at very reasonable prices, making it a reliable go to for takeout or a quick bite. Reviewers repeatedly call it a hidden gem in Villeray, praise the spinach lahmajoune and other specialties, and note the freshness, aroma and generous variety across the menu. A few comments mention no seating or busy times, but overall the place is celebrated for quality, accessibility and warm hospitality.
I loved everything I got. The hummus, muhammara, & stuffed vine leaves were fantastic. I also enjoyed the spinach pies & vegetarian kibbeh, the flavours & spices were harmonious. I used their pita chips for my fattoush salad I made myself. I liked the fact that they were not too greasy compared to other similar places that make them. The zaater manahish were also delicious. The only complaint is I wish they were just a little bigger & thinner so it would be easier to wrap them as I love stuffing them with lots of fresh veggies. This place is worth the trip & one of the best for Middle Eastern take out. I think they're Armenian in origin & it would have been amazing to find eetch, one of my favourite salads. Maybe I didn't see it or next time I will ask. Lots of vegan options which I was very happy about. Prices are reasonable as I paid only 60 for all that food & it was excellent quality. Definitely coming here whenever I am in the area.

Omg!

Variety & hospitality was A+ but i was there to get the best lahmajune in town or Vilaray as some bloggers call it .... Story short, i lost my confidence with those bloggers who they get payed to write good reviews.
