About

Labothéry transforms the traditional bubble tea experience into a precise scientific experiment where patrons curate their own beverage formulations. The laboratory aesthetic dictates the service model, requiring customers to select specific tea bases, flavor profiles, and diverse topping textures from an array of glass beakers and measuring tools. Each drink serves as a customizable chemical reaction, blending premium tea leaves with modern botanical syrups and chewy tapioca pearls or popping boba. The minimalist industrial decor emphasizes the functional nature of the production process while maintaining a clinical yet vibrant atmosphere. This interactive approach ensures that every individual cup reflects personal taste preferences through measured ingredient combinations. The establishment focuses strictly on the craft of tea infusion and the textural complexity of artisanal dessert toppings, prioritizing technical accuracy in every prepared serving.

Review Summary

Labothéry offers a unique and original concept that many patrons find enjoyable, with some highlighting the high quality and delicious taste of the bubble tea. While several customers praise the friendly service and pet-friendly atmosphere, experiences vary significantly due to inconsistent drink quality, occasional lack of flavor, and varying levels of professionalism among staff. Concerns have been raised regarding the high pricing, limited accessibility for those with strollers or wheelchairs, and some issues with the shop interior and packaging. Overall, visitors appreciate the novelty of the experience, though opinions on the consistency and value remain mixed.

I ordered the black tea milk tea with chocolate & brown sugar. The flavors where very tasty! Not too sweet.

The only thing that disappointed me was sadly the tapioca. The texture was just terrible. I don't know if it is just the brown sugar tapioca, but it's my favorite part of bubble tea 🥲

Definitely would recommend for the tasty flavor but sad that the toppings was bad.

We only come when there's bogos. No complaints with their milk tea drinks. Interior could use some work.

It was a great experience for first timer. Great concept as well. They also have some plant based milk which is great for people who are lactose intolerant. You can choose your flavours & ingredients. This basically means that you do your own boba! Service was good & very helpful. Highly recommended.
