Labothéry Brossard Restaurant: Menu, Reviews & Reserve (2026)
TeaDesserts & SweetsBubble Tea

Founded in Toronto, Labothéry is a unique café that offers guests the opportunity to concoct their personalized tea (pearl tea, slush, soda etc.). It’s a whole new concept in Canada with a theme focused on science and innovation.

Originality is at the heart of our concept. We believe it is important to give complete control over how our customers want to create their drink. There is no secret behind the recipes, customers compose their tea from beginning to end. They have not only the right of veto in terms of the level of ice or sugar, but in all that composes it.

All available ingredients are prepared in instruments found in a laboratory. Once you have collected all your ingredients, it will please our baristas to finalize your scientific creation.

The options offered at Labothéry are endless. We do not have a menu but only a large selection of ingredients to choose from. Let yourself be carried away by your imagination and free the chemist in you!

Review Summary

Reviews of Labothéry present a mixed picture: some praise a simple, original concept, friendly service, and a vibe that kids enjoyed, while others recount rude or distracted staff and drinks that were disappointing or bland, with issues like missing lychee pulp in bubble tea and boba pearls that do not taste good. Accessibility and value are also points of critique, with the door not well suited for wheelchairs or strollers and prices described as high, plus a preference for smaller sizes and promotions that draw visitors in. Yet other notes highlight positive experiences, mentioning knowledgeable staff, delicious milk tea, a cute interior, and dogs allowed inside, alongside statements that the concept is appealing, the service is good, and that the overall experience can be very enjoyable for some. The range of feedback suggests Labothéry has charm and potential, but consistency, product quality, and practical aspects vary across visits.

We only come when there's bogos. No complaints with their milk tea drinks. Interior could use some work.

It was a great experience for first timer. Great concept as well. They also have some plant based milk which is great for people who are lactose intolerant. You can choose your flavours & ingredients. This basically means that you do your own boba! Service was good & very helpful. Highly recommended.
