L'endroit parfait pour plonger dans la magie de Noël à Montréal ! La Taverne de Noël, ce bar éphémère de fête, est une véritable oasis hivernale. Dès qu'on franchit les portes, on est accueilli par des décorations festives & une ambiance chaleureuse qui nous rappelle les plus beaux souvenirs de fin d'année. Les cocktails sont créatifs, avec des touches d'épices & de canneberges qui mettent de bonne humeur dès la première gorgée. Mention spéciale pour le "Santa's Mule" & le chocolat chaud à l'érable - absolument délicieux ! C'est aussi l'endroit parfait pour une soirée entre amis ou en famille, avec une ambiance conviviale, des chansons de Noël, & même quelques surprises festives tout au long de la soirée. C'est rare de trouver un endroit où l'esprit des fêtes est si bien capturé. Bravo aux organisateurs pour ce concept féérique, à ne pas manquer pour tous les amateurs de Noël !View more

Il faut absolument y aller pour la décoration de Noël féérique ! Le cappuccino & le brownie sont bons. Le service lui par contre laisse à désirer ... & pssst rajouter de la musique de Noël, ça manque !View more

Yes cute place, but that's it .. the raspberry hot chocolate was terrible , & we ordered two of those , the one with coconut was ok I mean better than the other one but still not great , spending more than 50$ for our visit was definitely not worth it .. the service was terrible as well, asking for water to a guy at the counter & he seemed annoyed by me asking. Very very disappointed. We came with high expectations but we ended up waiting two hours in line. It is unfortunate to wait that long, but at the same time it's understandable because the place is not too big. What was very disappointing though were the drinks! They were absolutely disgusting, we were a group of four & all ordered different cocktails with second rounds & not a single cocktail was good. One of them was so bad that I had to ask the waiter to take it out my bill because I couldn't even drink it. The place is beautiful & the staff very nice, but really really not worth it since the food & the drinks were very mid, I'm usually not a difficult person & I've never sent back anything, but that drink was just too horribleView more

Bonjour ,normalement je laisse pas de commentaire, mais cette fois je trouve important de mentionner un point après ma visite à la taverne de Noël qui est vraiment magnifique j'ai commandée un chocolat chaud des fêtes & trop figée comme une statut pour dire que je prends autre chose 9 dollars un minuscule chocolat chaud décoré de cane à sucre sur le rebord & trois guimauves mais vraiment 3 gorgées je trouve que c'est vraiment profiter des gens rendu là attiré de la clientèle avec une decoration digne du père Noël & leur faire payer 9 dollars vraiment déçue

La décoration nous plonge dans une ambiance festive dès l'arrivée. Par contre, il faut s'armer de patience, l'attente est un peu longue, à la fois à l'extérieur & à l'intérieur. Le personnel est sympathique. Côté nourriture, c'était bon, mais les prix sont un peu élevés pour ce qui est offert. The ambiance is stunning, it feels like you're inside a magical Christmas tree. The food was decent, with the poutine-style pizza being a standout. Our waiter was friendly & attentive, but the hostess was unprofessional & rude. When we asked for recommendations, she claimed it was her second day & hadn't tried anything. While that's understandable, her tone lacked professionalism & warmth. She refused to take a photo for nearby guests with attitude & rudely told others to return to their original table. When we asked for help with a cocktail my friend couldn't drink, she bluntly refused, though our waiter later fixed the issue kindly. As someone who has worked in restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining as a hostess myself, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. Any interaction, no matter how small, can make or break a guest's experience. This behavior not only risks alienating customers but could also lead to negative word-of-mouth for the business.View more

The food taste delicious & the drinks as well, but the place really need more staff. I waited so long for my drink that even I finished my sandwich & my croissant before getting my drink. The staff are really nice but overwhelmed with so much things to take care of that they don't have time to check the order & clean the tables. It's a fact in holidays the place might be more crowded than usual but it makes harder enjoy the place with the crowd.View more

Oversold. I came with huge expectations, & i think it is a cute idea but it is actually a small place & it feels overwhelming. It is self-served, staff is very nice but it is clear the place is understaffed, so they are doing a lot of things & dont even have time to clean the tables which are really dirty. The menu for salty items is limited (bowls & sandwiches in a fridge & they will warm them up) & the drinks are super cute, but we waited 20 minutes for 1 cortado, 1 latte & 1 moka. You pay extra if you want it decorated. I could tell children really liked it but i wouldn't come back.View more

Christmas in a cup! This place is beyond adorable & has overwhelming sense of holiday spirit. They have a raspberry hot chocolate & this drink called lait cocotte ( i think i spelled that right) that tastes like christmas cake in a cup with a chocolate & coconut rim. The decor is beyond crazy & definitely overwhelming to the senses but adds to the distinct atmosphere. J'étais venu boire un café mais quand j'ai vu la carte adaptée pour l'occasion & la nouvelle décoration je suis finalement resté pendant des heures !
