J'ai rarement vu un service aussi médiocre. Il y a une base à avoir quand même. Nous avons commandé un pichet de bière qui a pris 20 min à arriver. Nous n'avons jamais reçu de menu, nous avons dû demander de l'eau, des serviettes de table & des ustensiles. Il n'y avait pas de communication entre les employés. Nous avons aussi dû nous lever pour demander qu'on vienne prendre notre commande de nourriture après avoir consulté nous même le menu en ligne. Tout cela, malgré un restaurant quasi vide. La nourriture est arrivée tardivement & n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur. Nous avons partagé nos assiettes & l'ensemble n'était franchement pas très bon.

Ambiance est bonne pendant un match du canadien
SERVICE INCROYABLEMENT LENT, du genre 20 minutes recevoir nos breuvages apres avoir ete assis, & recevoir nos entrees encore environ 40 minutes.
Dans notre groupe de 6, 3 personnes ont recu leur assiette environ 30 minutes apres avoir commander, les 3 autres ont attendu 15 minutes de plus pour les assiettes
Assez long pour que les 3 premiers avaient fini leurs assiettes avant qu'on recoive les notres
Pour vous donner une idee, nous sommes arriver a 7:30pm & avons recu nos soupers a 9:30pm & 9:45pm...
Nous avons ete assis devant une TV qui se fermait sans arret, j'ai dut demander de changer de table puisque je suis aller a la station des sports pour regarder un match... en plus de ne pas etre la seule qui avait un probleme, reparez dont vos TV???
La bouffe etait bonne, juste bien, tres long
J'ai demander a la serveuse si cetait des frites maison ou de style cavendish/mccain avec les hamburgers, elle ne savait pas??
Pas plus d'info, jai eu des frites maison molles..(j'aurais demander frites bien cuites si j'avais su que c'etait des frites maison, je fais la meme chose a la belle province)
Bref, allez a la cage au sport! Je ne reviendrai pas a ce restaurant
