Went in for coffee & was pleasantly surprised by the offering of foods & drinks. The owner is so warm & welcoming. He went out of his way for us. We will definitely be going back

Five-star experience! 🍝 Huge shoutout to the owner for being so accommodating with my dietary restrictions. It's rare to find such high-quality GF & LF options paired with such warm, welcoming service. A must-visit!! Also, if your looking for real gelato imported from Italy, this is the place to go.
Found this place online & decided to try it out. WOW did we make a good choice. The food is so fresh & so delicious. MUST TRY. They also let me know they have a terrace where I can enjoy my sandwich with my pup in the summer. We tried the Milanese, Bologna & Agrigento. All so yummy. Thanks! We will be back

The food's absolutely excellent & filling, the atmosphere's calm & chill & the waitresses are always polite with me. There's a reason I always wind up here after mass Sundays!
La Scacciata on Notre-Dame is a gem! Their espressos & drinks are top-tier, & the Italian food is always fresh & authentic. The staff is incredible, treating every guest like family. Plus, their outdoor terrace is the perfect spot to relax in the summer. A must-visit for great vibes & food!
The staff was so sweet & helped us pick amazing options! We had delicious iced coffee that they recommended, we were so pleased with it :) They even had vegetarian options for which is a huge plus!!!
It was my first time here & I got so disappointed because the food & the selection is amazing but the service it's horrible, the 3 girls on the counter on Saturday were so rude & one of the girls just slammed the food on the counter like I wasn't paying for my food or I was begging for something

Seriously the sweetest staff! Was walking around Montréal with a friend back in May, & an older gentleman who I assume was the owner asked us to come inside. It was amusing, so we did. We ordered Aperol Spritz, & he gave us free lemon pastries!! Upon finding out it was my birthday, I was given free tiramisu! He talked to us the whole time & was incredibly funny & kind. He made us promise to come back next time we are in Montréal, which I of course will!! Very fun!
