J'ai payé 10 $ pour un croissant au fromage & j'ai été très déçue. À ce prix-là, je m'attendais à un produit de grande qualité. Malheureusement, le croissant était très sec & dur, comme s'il n'était pas frais. Je comprends qu'une boulangerie artisanale ait des prix plus élevés, mais il y a tout de même des limites. Pour moi, le rapport qualité-prix n'y était pas du tout.

Excellente petite boulangerie de quartier, j'y retourne très très régulièrement depuis un bon nombre d'années.
Le pain Kamut est tout simplement extraordinaire !
Pain qui ne survit guère plus de quelques heures une fois à la maison ;-)

Pâtisseries hors du commun.
Le pâtissier est maître dans l'art d'utiliser des produits locaux & met de lavant les producteurs.
A noter qu'ils font leur propre miel & qu'ils l'utilisent dans la confection de produits.
