I want to explain here. First. I am giving a one star. Because. Everytime We eat the food here, we have stomach problems after that we do not have eating at other places. Is this normal? We are 3 people. All witnessing the same thing after eating during the evening & mostly the next day. No where else do we feel that way. It took us a few times ordering here to realize that. It takes forever to get the food also, & WHEN we call to ask they are very direct & almost accusing towards us as if it is our fault when normally you should apologize. The customers are king we are why they still have jobs after all. We are who buy there products thus keeping them open.

The food itself tastes amazing. When we order it is good customer service. But when we call back 1hour & ten minutes later to know why when we live not even 15 minutes away we still have not gotten our order well, yeah. It makes you wonder.

So the one star. Is for the whole stomach problem. May contact Mapaq to look into this. We are going to see the family doctor today for results. But last time we did he told us it was due to the food we consumed. So.

Please. If anything. For the sake of the amazing taste, look of the food, whatever it is your doing or whatever it is happening, I am asking you to review your cooks or however it is done behind the counter because if it was a one time thing I can understand. But this has happened everytime we ordered & we are a family who is getting similar symptoms & also one confirmed time it was due to the food when we spoke to the family doc. Now we will do that again & if it is the case. We will file an official complaint with MAPAQ.

Thankyou, know that I am not insulting your employees or restaurant itself. But. This critic I believe should be used to make both your late & very defensive responses when inquiry on such matters is to occur & also the food issue. I would strongly suggest that be checked!

Other then that. They are welcoming in person. & very forthcoming. This is why I gave 5 stars for everything else.

An honest critic, hopefully you will act correctly upon it.

Dommage nous étions bon clients sous-marins ultra sec pas de goût & les frites aucun goût des bout de bois sec dégueulasse économie de bout de chandelles, monte tes prix & ne négligé pas la qualité

Hey j ai manger une poutine Smoke Meat 10$avec tx 11.50$ 14 pces 7 pces gratuit sous marin pi la poutine était mangeable je vais y retourner c certain !

J'ai pris ma commande pour apportez & je suis allé manger au parc. Les frites étaient très bonnes, même si je pense qu'elles auraient été encore meilleures avec un peu plus de sel. Les sous-marins étaient bons, mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait de la sauce à l'intérieur. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai bien aimé mon expérience & je recommande le resto. Petit rappel : n'oubliez pas le sel pour les frites & un peu de sauce dans les sous-marins, ça ferait toute la différence
