Le'cuisinier' qui passait le balai & ramassait des détritus au plancher est venu prendre notre commande. Il a touché l'argent donné & remis, ne s'est jamais lavé les mains & est allé préparer la nourriture. Il a touché les pains, les saucisses, écrasé le fromage avec ses mains dans le contenant. Il a pris des frites dans son bac, toujours sans se laver les mains. Je rappelle qu'il ramassait des déchets & passait le balai puis qu'il a touché de l'argent à deux reprises avant de toucher les aliments. Lorsque je demande à son collègue si c'est normal, il me dit que lui s'essuie les mains toute la journée avec sa'guenille' même après avoir touché la viande crue, qu'ils n'ont pas le temps de se laver les mains toute la journée & que c'est normal. Tout s'est ramassé aux poubelles... Aucun respect pour la santé des clients.
Si vous lisez cet avis, c'est que vous cherchez à savoir comment ce restaurant se compare aux autres excellentes adresses de Montréal pour déguster des hamburgers, des frites, des hot-dogs & de la poutine. Que vous soyez un Montréalais qui apprécie les autres bonnes chaînes de restauration rapide (que je ne mentionnerai pas ici) ou un touriste, je vous recommande vivement de faire un tour à La Pataterie.

La meilleur poutine a montréal. Je demeure sur le plateau mont-royal & je me déplace pour aller la chercher. .Désormais j'achète pu a aucune place d'autre. C'est le seul endroit ou il nous mette du fromage au fond du plat pas juste sur le dessus & aussi de la sauce

Recommended by friends & colleagues in MTL, this was my first time going to La Pataterie. When the menus are on the old school boards & not the flat screen TVs, you know you're in the right place. It's a perfect greasy spoon type diner, the service was easy, quick & the food hit the spot.
Definitely one of the best poutines I've had in the city. Normally I don't eat glizzys, but I tried something new & got the grilled hotdogs (all dressed) & was pleasantly surprised. I love venturing into new neighborhoods & La Pataterie was a great find. Recommending this place!
