Your food was very tasty & I really liked the taste. However, I was disappointed because you did not send any sauce with the order, which was not good.
Also, I ordered Manchurian Fried Rice on a'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' offer. I ordered 3 in total, but I only received 3. No free item
Honestly, the food was average, but the overall experience was very bad. There were 4 of us - we came at 10 AM & didn't leave until almost 12 PM because the service was unbelievably slow, & we only ordered 4 Amritsari kulchas. The restaurant wasn't even busy; there were barely 8 people there, yet everything took forever.
The glasses were dirty, the floor was sticky, & the whole place looked extremely unhygienic & unpleasant. You could tell from the ambience itself how poorly maintained & dirty the restaurant was. I don't know if they were short-staffed or what, but if there were around 8 tables in the restaurant, at least 5 of them were dirty with dishes left sitting there, which made the place look very unclean & uninviting.
We were there for almost 2 hours, & tables were not cleaned frequently at all. Even the dirty dishes on our table were there before we arrived & were still not cleaned while we were leaving.
The only positive part of the experience was the lady server who was very polite & nice. Other than that, it was a terrible experience overall. Definitely would not visit again.
However customer service is horrible
Especially one of the guys got upset because I went to use the bathroom without his permission even though I am a paying custome
I had a wonderful experience with this restaurant! I specifically requested a no onion, no garlic bhindi masala, & they absolutely nailed it. The dish was incredibly delicious-perfectly cooked, full of flavor, & clearly made with great care. You can genuinely feel the positive vibe in the way they prepare their food-it felt like it was made with love.
What truly touched me was the sweet note they included saying they tried their best & hoped I would like it. That small gesture speaks volumes about their dedication & sincerity. Restaurants like this are rare to find, & you've definitely earned a spot on my list.

I ordered 3 plates of Idli, Sambar & Hakka Noodles & I had specifically written that there should be less vegetables in Hakka Noodles & it should not be spicy... but they added a lot of vegetables & spices too... Sambar was not fresh so it was bitter & very oily & Idli was also not fresh & both had less taste, I am very disappointed.
Hahaha!!!!! Best Panipuri with very less water 😂😂😂& too much papdi & on menu it's show 9 dollar but when u order it's become 16$ dollar thanks u r giving great service & no potato wow 😂
