Very generous portions & bring-your-own wine to top it off. Service is excellent & the food is always amazing. Highly recommended for casual or special occasions.
5 🌟 all the way, we had a great meal from the table d'hôte, it includes soup main course, dessert & coffee for under $36 each plus it's bring your own wine, so you can splurge on a great bottle.
We will be back for sure. 😊😊
Had a great experience. Didn't have a reservation but they managed to fit my small party in; probably best to book ahead on a weekend night. No wine menu but you may bring your own.
Got the pork tenderloin special & was amazed by both the portion size & quality. I appreciate a restaurant where even the side salad is delicious.
A veritable army of servers means quick & attentive service; Birgit was wonderful for us.
Big & spacious restaurant with a very welcoming atmosphere. You can bring your own wine, & there's a store nearby if you'd like to buy some. The staff were very friendly, & the Greek dishes were delicious.
I ordered the chicken souvlaki, which came with a choice of soup. I went with the lentil soup, it was hot, comforting, & perfect for a cold Montréal winter. Warm bread & butter are served with every dish, which was a nice touch.
My friend ordered Calamari & shrimp dish which as was really delicious.
We ordered dolma as a starter, & it was very fresh. The portion was generous enough for the three of us to share. For dessert, I had the baklava, which was nicely juicy & paired really well with a cup of black tea.
We called them before going asking if they had ouzo glasses for us they said no, we said if it was okay if we would bring our own. They said OK, so we went there. When we arrived, they told us that we could only drink wine but on the phone they were OK with us bringing ouzo glasses. Did they think we were going to drink wine from ouzo glasses? So we ended up getting take out.
3 stars cause I am nice
Had the shish kebab plate, meat was perfectly cooked to medium rare as requested, plate was huge & came with salad, rice & potatoes
There is plenty of street parking & on the plus side, it's a bring your own wine restaurant!
Good food, service was great, providing knowledge of what is/can be made gluten free. Soup has wheat while most main dishes are gf. Bring your own wine - corner store near by. The snails were also decent (cheese & noncheese).
So delicious, big portion sizes for a good price! I got the fried zuccini as an entre & spanakopita main with rice, patates, & salad & everything was delicious. Service was great & being able to bring your own wine was a plus!
Amazing place if you care about a quality price ratio. The portions were huge & the food was delicious, exceeded my expectations. Oh & the best part is that you can bring your own wine. The best part was the fried calamari, so fresh & fried to perfection. I also had the chicken souvlaki skewers, the chicken was well marinated & cooked perfectly, very juicy. The plate had a big portion of salad which I really enjoyed, baked potatos & some rice which lacked seasoning. The restaurant was packed on Friday night. Overall great experience!
Honestly best food you can get in Montreal, & you can bring your own wine
