I had heard a lot about Maison Chez Nous from my Granvy friend, & was excited to finally get to experience it for myself.
There is a delicious table d'hote menu. The service was courteous, friendly, & efficient.
We were served a complimentary'amuse bouche' of duck fois gras before our table d'hote meal.
For my starter, I chose the'fondant aux quatre fromage'. Nicely garnished, warm & creamy fried, breaded cheese. I followed with the'potage du moment' which was carrot.
For my main dish, I chose the catch of the day, which was black cod. It was cooked to perfection in a delicious but light sauce, so the fish wasn't overpowered by it, & accompanied by vegetables.
I added dessert to my meal, a really good creamy, chocolate hazelnut mousse.
I appreciated the server speaking English & the good service she gave our party of seven & taking into consideration the restaurant had a full house that night.
I took one star off for the atmosphere because of the noise level of the guests (because the restaurant was full).

Nourriture excellente tous les plats sont délicieux .
Cuisine française👌& les desserts un pure délice ce restaurant , nous étions 10 personnes tous étaient unanimes .
Très bon service & bonne ambiance

Merci à nos charmants serveuses/res Merci pour le cadre fort agréable de ce restaurant Par contre ,la côte de veau était à la limite de mangeable ; dure , sans saveur , plutôt sec , aucune épice pour relever la viande Pourquoi ne pas faire un délicieux Veau Marengo tant qu'à faire dans le veau. mais combien plus savoureux que ce qui m'a été servi Entrée , potage , dessert C'était correct Déçu en fin de compte pour 203. $ avec tx & pourboire pour 2 sans alcool
