"La Forge cannot be missed if you are anywhere close to the ski hill! It has great location and is very popular. Ambience and facilities are good, service is decent too. Food is mediocre. As a steakhouse, my medium-rare (on their recommendation - I normally go rare), was on the well side. Fortunately it was filet mignon, so didn't get chewy...."
